PRESS RELEASE ON 04-08-2019

 

 

1.  A ND&PS Act: Case FIR No. 63/19 Dt. 03.08.19 U/S 21 ND&PS Act has been registered at PS New Shimla on the ruka of HC Balwinder I/O PS N/Shimla alleged therein that on 03.08.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty at New Shimla then they intercepted a person namely Sh Moti Sharma S/O Sh Ravi Sharma R/O Fauji Dhaba sector -2, New Shimla and recovered 2.43 gram Chitta/Heroin from his possession. Case is being investigating by I/O PS N/Shimla.

2. Excise Act: Case FIR No.163/19 Dt. 03.08.19 U/S 39 (i) Excise Act has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla on the ruka of HC Sushil SIU Shimla alleged therein that on 03-08-19 he along with staff was on patrolling duty then on secret information they recovered 17 Bottles of country liquor from the house of Sh Raju S/O Sh Sadhak Ram R/O Krishna Nagar, Shimla. Case is being investigating by SI Parkash.

3.  Accident Case: Case FIR No 90/19 Dt. 03-08-2019 U/S 279 337 IPC has been registered at PS Rohru on the statement of Sh Dula Ram S/O Lt Sh Gulab Singh Village Bharot, PO Turan Tehsil Jubbal Shimla alleged therein that on 03-08-2019 at about 07.30 PM when he was stood in front of shop No.12 then suddenly a vehicle No. HP10B-4381 driven by Abhishek S/O Sh Chaman Lal Village Thana PO Tikker Tehsil Rohru Shimla came rashly and hit him due to which he sustained injuries. Case is being investigating by HC Parmod I/O PS Rohru.

4. An Accident: Case FIR No.88/19 dated 03.08.2019 U/S 279 337 IPC has been registered at PS East Shimla on the statement of Sh Chander Parkash S/O Sh. Pyare Lal R/O Village Shawali, PO Sainj Tehsil Sunni, Shimla alleged therein that on 03.08.2019 he was going to Sanjauli on his scooty when he reached near patrol pump then another scooty No. HP63A-8397 TVs red colour came rashly in wrong side and hit his scooty. He fell down and sustained injury to him. Case is being investigating by SI Raghubir I/O PS east.

5. During last 24 hours 143 challan without seat belt, 18 without helmet, 26 without Driving Licence, 02 using mobile phone,06 rash driving , 19 person's challaned under Smoking Act
