Crime Report on August, 23, 2019

1.   AN EXCISE ACT: case FIR No 120/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 23.08.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) of HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Karam Chand Addl. SHO PS  Rampur alleging therein that on today 23.08.2019 during patrolling duty at Nogli he recovered 07 bottles of country liquor from a Dhaba. The Case is being investigating by SI Karam Chand PS Rampur.

2.   A CHEATING: Case FIR No 119/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 22.08.2019 U/S 420 IPC on the complaint of Haradhan Samanta  G.M. Jeweller 3^rd. Floor Regar Pura Karol Bagh New Delhi -5 alleging therein that  Shyam Chaudhary and  his Son Shivam Chaudhary  M/S Veshnvi Jeweller Main Bazar Rampur Bsr Tehsil Rampur Bsr Distt. Shimla HP intentionally cheated with him since June 2018.  The case is being investigation by I/C PP City Rampur.

3.   During last 24 hours 73 Challan without seat belt, 02 challan Drunken driving, 14 without helmet, 31 without Driving Licence, 02 using mobile phone, 01 rash driving, 17 person's challaned under Smoking Act.
