Crime Report on, August, 08, 2019

1.   AN ATTEMPT TO MURDER: Case FIR No. 177/19 has been registered at PS  West on 08.08.19 U/S 307 353 332 324 379 IPC PS West Shimla on the statement of Sh Purna nand S/O Sh Matha Ram R/O Saunthal PO Dhrech Tehsil Theog Shimla A/P Constable RPF Shimla alleged therein that on 08.08.2019 at about 2.00 AM one person was stealing something from railway station. When he tried to caught him he attacked on him with sharp weapon and sustained injuries to him. Case is being investigating by ASI Keshav Chand I/O PS West.

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No.68/19 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 07.08.2019  279, 304A  IPC on the rukka of HC Manoj Kumkar I/O PS I/O  PP Jeori  alleged therein that  on 07.08.2019  a vehicle No HP 26C 0723  met with an accident in which one person namely Mohinder Singh  S/o Panma  Rizin  R/O  VPO Pangi, Tehsil Kalpa, Distt   Kinnaur died  on the  Spot.  This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of the car driver/owner Mohinder  Singh. The Case is being investigating by  HC Manoj  Kumar.

3.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 144/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 08.08.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh Sunil Kumar S/o Sh Kirpa Ram R/o village Tikkar P/o Kupvi Tehsil Kupvi District Shimla A/P constable at H.P Police traffic Wing Shimla alleging therein that on 08.08.2019 a vehicle No. HP 03T 4378  driven by Vishal S/o Sh Prem singh R/o village Kunch P/o Basadhar Tehsil Theog District Shimla hit him while he was performing his duty at Dhalli tunnel. The case is being investigated by I/o PS Dhalli. 

4.   During last 24 hours 17 challan drunken driving, 109 challan without seat belt,  21 challan without helmets, 26 without driving License, 03 challan using mobile phones 07 challan rash driving 10 persons challaned under Smoking Act.02 person challaned under mining act.
