Crime Report on August, 27, 2019

1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 121/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on  26.08.2019 U/S 279,304a IPC & 187 MV Act  on the statement of Sh Raj Kumar S/O Sh Kesri Dass village Dakolar Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 26.08.2019 at about 7:50 pm an unknown vehicle hit Ajay Kumar near Kishti point NH-05 in which he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Dola Ram No 57 I/O PS Rampur.

2.   AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR NO 166/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 26.08.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) of HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Surjeet Singh alleged therein that on 26.08.2019 during patrolling duty along with staff he recovered 24 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Beli Ram S/o Bajaru Ram R/o Busbari P/o Jahu Tehsil Nirmand District Kullu HP at present shopkeeper Thakur Dhaba Shanan Sanjauli. The case is being investigated by SI Surjeet Singh I/o PS Dhalli Shimla HP.

3.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 167/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli  on 26.08.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Vinod Kumar S/o Dhani Ram R/o village Karyali P/o Mundaghat Tehsil and District Shimla HP alleging therein that on 26.08.2019 a vehicle  No. HP03C-5007 met an accident due to negligent driving of Ajay Thakur S/o Durga Singh R/o Kag P/o Darbogh Tehsil and Distt Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Tek Ram I/o PS Dhalli.

4.   During last 24 hours 61 Challan without seat belt, Nil challan Drunken driving, 18 without helmet, 23 without Driving Licence, 01 using mobile phone, 33 person's challaned under Smoking Act.
