Crime Report On August 18, 2019.

1.      Excise Act : Case FIR No. 74/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on dated 18.08.2019 U/S 39(1)(A) HP Excise Act on the Ruka of ASI Noop Ram I/O PS Kumarsain stated therein that on 17.08.2019 at about 8.30 PM when he alongwith staff was at Chamola Khadd he recovered 33 bottles of country liquor, 12 bottles of English liquor and 12 bottles of beers  from the shop of Dina Nath R/o Village Chamola, PO Chekul, Tehsil Kumarsain, Distt Shimla, HP. Dina Nath couldn't produce any permit or license of the above liqour. Case is being investigated by ASI Noop Ram I/O PS Kumarsain.

2.      During last 24 hours 71 vehicles were challaned without Seatbelt, 12 without helmet, 07 without driving License and  12 persons challaned under Smoking Act.
