PRESS NOTE ON 12.08.2019

1.   AN ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No.181/19 Dt.11.08.19 U/S 21 29 ND&PS Act has been registered at PS West Shimla on the ruka of ASI Dev Raj I/O PS West Shimla alleged therein that on 11.08.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling and checking duty. During checking they checked Hotel Apple regency room No.106, then Sh, Kishan Chand S/O Sh Tara Chand R/O Badabui PO Tehsil Bhuntar Kullu and Sh.Prem Singh S/O Mast Ram R/O VPO Luhari Tehsil Aani Kullu were found there in suspicious and during search 19.5 gram Chitta/Heroin recovered from their possession. Case is being investigating by HC Neel Kamal.

2.   ACCIDENT CASE: Case FIR No 41/19 dated 12-08-2019 U/S 279 337 IPC has been registered at PS Sunni on the ruka HC Hari Krishan No.951 I/O that on 12-8-2019 at 4.00 AM after receiving information at PS regarding road accident near Basantpur. He reached with staff on the spot their he found that a vehicle no HP30-6615 fell down from the road about 300 meter  in this accident Driver Dima Ram S/O Sh Dinu Ram R/O Vill Chanjor PO Kao The. Karsog, Distt Mandi and  Hem Dass S/O Sh Hirdu Ram Vill Birdu Ram R/O Birdu PO Kao Teh Karsog Distt Mandi got injury. Case is being investigating by HC Hari Krishan I/O PS Sunni.

3.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 115/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 12.08.2019 U/S 279,427 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh Santosh Kumar S/o Sh. Ram Krishan VPO Nirath Tehsil Rampur District Shimla HP alleging therein that on 11.08.2019 a Pickup  No HP 06A-5084 hit  an another vehicle  and run away from the  spot. Case is being investigating by ASI Purshotam  Lal I/O PS Rampur.

4.   During last 24 hours 40 challan without seat belt, 12 challan Drunken driving, 30 without helmet, 34 without Driving Licence, 02 using mobile phone, 06 rash driving, 23 person's challaned under Smoking Act 02 challan under mining act.

1.   Accused Prem Singh S/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O VPO Luhari Teh. Anni Distt. Kullu and Kishan Chand S/O Sh. Tara Chand R/O Bada Bhui P.O. & Teh Bhuntar Distt. Kullu have been arrested in Case FIR No.181/19 dt. 12.08.2019 U/S 21, 29 ND & PS Act PS West Distt. on dated 12.08.2019 will be produced before Ld. ACJM-II Shimla on dated 12.08.2019.
