Crime Report On August 25, 2019.

1.      Excise Act : Case FIR No. 77/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on dated 24.08.2019 U/S 39(1)(A) HP Excise Act on the Ruka of Inspr. Phool Singh SHO PS Kumarsain stated therein that on secret information he recovered 16 bottles of country liquor  from the possession of Bhagat Bahadur S/o Sh. Amar Singh R/o Chamunda, PO Chalni Chotar, Tehsil & Distt Dailekh, Anchal Bheri, Nepal Presently residing at Ashok Kumar House R/o Vill. Pamlai, PO Thanadhar, Tehsil Kumarsain, Distt Shimla, HP.  Case is being investigated by Inspr. Phool Singh SHO PS Kumarsain.

2.      Accident :  Case FIR No. 190/19 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 24.08.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC & Sec. 187 of MV Act on the statement of Sh. Vinod Kumar R/o Village & PO Tatiyana, Tehsil Kamru, Distt Sirmour, HP stated therein that on dated 24.08.2019 he was coming to Bharanu in pick up No. HP51B-0973 driven by driver Yog Raj, as he reached near Chori, driver Yog Raj lost his control over the vehicle and rolled down from the road due to rash and negligent driving. In this accident two persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by LHC Samim I/O PS Nerwa, Shimla.  

3.      Trespass : Case FIR No. 48/19 has been registered at PS Nankhari on dated 18.08.2019 U/S 452,323,506 IPC on the statement of Sudheer Kumar S/o Late Sh. Kundan Lal R/o Vill. Karoli Chakti, PO Thaili Chakti, Tehsil Nankhari, Distt Shimla, HP alleging therein that on 23.08.2019 at about 8.00 PM his neighbor Ram Lal come to his house in drunken condition and beaten him. His neighbor Ram Lal also threatened him with dire consequences.  The case is being investigated by HC Lal Singh I/O PS Nankhari.  

4.      During last 24 hours 40 vehicles were challaned without Seatbelt, 39 without helmet, 21 without driving License, 02 using mobile phone, 05 challaned drunken driving and  10 persons challaned under Smoking Act.
