Crime report on August, 28, 2019

1.   AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 78/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain 27.08.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of Inspector Fool Chand SHO PS Kumarsain alleged therein that on 27.08.2019 he got secret information regarding illegal selling of liquor. On this he made a raid at Dhaba of Bhupender Kumar S/o Late Sh Jai Kripal  R/o Bhagwaanpur P/o Tajpur Tehsil & District Jalandhar Punjab A/P Tea stall and Launch Stall at Barubag P/o Narakanda  Tehsil Kumarsain District Shimla  and recovered 18 bottles of country Liquor. The case is being investigated by  SHO PS Kumarsain.

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 87/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 27.08.2019 U/S 279, 304A IPC on the rukka of SHO PS Kotkhai alleged therein that on 27.08.2019 an unknown vehicle crushed an unknown person at Khadapather. In this accident above person died on the spot. The case is being investigated by SHO PS Kotkhai.  

3.   During last 24 hours 88 Challan without seat belt, 09 challan Drunken driving, 20 without helmet, 29 without Driving Licence, 02 using mobile phone, 31 person's challaned under Smoking Act, 01 person challaned under mining.
