Crime Report On August 14, 2019.

1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 140/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 14.08.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the rukka of ASI Kuldeep I/C PP Matiyana alleging therein that on 14.08.2019 a vehicle No. HP 62A 3671 (Truck) met with an accident. This accident happened due to rash and negligent driving of Kush Thakur.

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 149/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 14.08.2019 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sohan Lal S/o Sh. Mastiya Ram R/o Village Chalwag, PO Lafughati, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that he was going to Sabzi Mandi Dhalli in his own Pick up NO. HP09C-4459 and met with an accident with Truck No. HR67C-0687 who was in rash driving the Truck was driven by Driver Rajesh Bhatia S/o Sh. Lekhi Ram Bhatia R/o House No. 2408, Ward No. 24, Panipath, Haryana. The case is being investigated by HC Ravinder I/O PS Dhalli, Shimla.

3.   AN ND & PS ACT: Case FIR No. 95/19 has been registered at PS East on 13.08.19 U/S 22 29 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Rameshwer I/O PAR Vikasnagar, PS East, Shimla alleged therein that on 13.08.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling at Housing Board Colony Vikasnagar. During patrolling they recovered 46 leaves of Nitrosun-10 Tablet (each contains 20 tablet) from the possession of Sameer Bazaz S/O Sh Kishore Bazaz R/O Flat No. 10 Block C-26HB Colony Vikasnagar, Ravinder Rajta S/O Sh Om Parkash R/O Village Kaljar PO Shadi Tehsil Theog and Shubham Vitalu S/O Sh Karan Vitalu R/O Flat No. 19 Block C-29 SDA Colony Vikasnagar.  Case is being investigated by HC Naresh Kumar I/O PAR Vikasnagar, PS East.

4.   During last 24 hours 106 challans without seat belt, 02 challans Drunken driving, 41 without helmet, 24 without Driving Licence, 04 using mobile phone, 0 rash driving, 30 person's challaned under Smoking Act 0 challan under mining act.

1.   Accused (i) Gulshan Sharma S/O Sh Madhukar Sharma R/O Vijay Bhawan, Dhingu Dhar Sanjauli, (ii) Sahib Singh S/o Sh.Gurnam Singh R/o Jawahar Cottage Laxmi Narayan Mandir sanjauli and (iii) Navinder Kanwer S/o Sh Kapoor Singh R/o Nadukhar Sunni arrested in case FIR No. 182/19 U/S 21 29 ND&PS Act at PS West has been sent to judicial remand by the Ld. court.

2.   Accused (i) Sameer Bazaz S/O Sh Kishore Bazaz R/O Flat No. 10 Block C-26HB Colony Vikasnagar, Ravinder Rajta S/O Sh Om Parkash R/O Village Kaljar PO Shadi Tehsil Theog and (ii) Shubham Vitalu S/O Sh Karan Vitalu R/O Flat No. 19 Block C-29 SDA Colony Vikasnagar arrested in case FIR No. 95/19 U/S 22, 29 ND&PS Act at PS East on 14.08.2019 are being produced before Ld court.
