Crime Report on August, 21, 2019

1.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No.190/19 has been registered at PS West on 20.08.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh Omparakash S/o Sh Sunder Singh R/o village Behari P/o Luhri Tehsil Aani District Kullu alleging therein that on 20.08.2019 he was going to Panchkula from Shimla in his Pick-Up No. HP 35 4291. When he reached near Khwara Chowki suddenly a Pick-Up No. PB 13Z 7791 came from Solan side and collided with his vehicle and run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by I/C PP Shogi.

2.    ACT ENDANGERING LIFE OR PERSONAL SAFETY OF OTHERS: Case FIR No. 176/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on 20.08.2019  U/S 336 IPC on the statement of Sh Rakesh Kumar S/o Sh Puti Lal R/o Gum Niwas Lower Kaithu Shimla- 3 alleged therein that on 20.08.2019  two trees of Deodhar fell down on his house and damaged it very badly. These trees fell down due to construction work done by his neighbors. The case is being investigated by HC Suresh Kumar I/o PP Lakkar Bazaar.

3.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 177/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on 20.08.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC in which complainant alleging therein that on 20.08.2019 a Pvt. Bus No. HP 64 3255 hit her at Cart Road near Gurudwara. Due to this accident she sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Shish Pal I/o PS Sadar.

4.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR NO 86/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 21.08.2019 U/S 279, 337, IPC on the statement of Ishwar Singh S/o Bhagwan Dass R/o village Gawna P/o Kutara Tehsil Rohru District Shimla alleging therein that he was travelling to solan from Rohru with apple boxes in vehicle No HP 51-2557 with his owner Dhanveer and driver of the vehicle namely Ravinder Singh. Suddenly he lost the control over the vehicle and met with an accident. The case is being investigated by I/O PS Kothkai. 

5.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 66/19 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 21.08.2019 U/S 21.08.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC PS on the rukka of ASI Deepak Kumar I/o PS Jubbal alleged therein that on 20.08.2019 a vehicle No. HP 63A 4035 Pick-Up met with an accident at Kotkhai in which one person namely Vikram Singh got sustained injuries. The case is being Investigated by ASI Deepak Kumar I/o PS Jubbal.

During last 24 hours 76 challan without seat belt, 01 challan Drunken driving, 17 without helmet, 24 without Driving Licence, 02 using mobile phone, 02 rash driving, 13 person's challaned under Smoking Act.
