Crime Report on August, 22, 2019

1.   A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 180/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on  21.08.2019 U/S 21 ND&PS Act PS Sadar Shimla on the rukka of HC Dinesh Kumar I/O PS Sadar Shimla alleged therein that on 21.08.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty at cart road Shimla, then they received an secret information that in down dale Fagli one Sh Ajeet S/O Lt Mishri Ram along with his wife and mother are illegally selling of drugs in their residence. On this information he along with staff searched his house and recovered 0.69 gram Chitta/Heroin and Cash Rs.1,93,320/- from their possession. Case is under investigation

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 118/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 21.08.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the rukka of HC Kuldeep No. 132 alleged therein that on 21.08.2019 at about 7:00pm near HRTC work shop a bus no HP 01-3547 met with an accident. In which one person injured. Accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of bus driver Hitesh Jolly S/O Sh. Virender Jolly R/O Sarkalati Po Doja Madhwani Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla. Case is being investigating by HC Kuldeep  I/O PS Rampur.

3.   AN EXCISE ACT:  Case FIR No. 156/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 22.08.2019 U/S 39 (i) (a) H.P Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Inder Singh I/C PP Mashobra alleging therein that on 21.08.2019 on the secret information he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Sh Dhayan Singh S/o Budhi Ram R/o Mohanpur Mashobra. The case is being investigated by ASI Inder Singh I/C PP Mashobra.

4.   During last 24 hours 96 Challan without seat belt, 04 challan Drunken driving, 37 without helmet, 28 without Driving Licence, 02 using mobile phone, 09 rash driving, 12 person's challaned under Smoking Act.
