PRESS NOTE ON 13.08.2019

1.   A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 182/19 has been registered at PS West on 12.08.19 U/S 21 29 ND&PS Act on the ruka of ASI Roshan Lal I/O PS West Shimla alleged therein that on 12.08.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling and checking duty at Shoghi Bazar, they checked a vehicle No. HP63A 9072 and recovered 35.40 gram Chitta/Heroin from the possession of Gulshan Sharma S/O Sh Madhukar Sharma R/O Vijay Bhawan, Dhingu Dhar Sanjauli, Sahib Singh S/o Sh.Gurnam Singh R/o Jawahar Cottage Laxmi Narayan Mandir sanjauli and Navinder Kanwer S/o Sh Kapoor Singh R/o Nadukhar Sunni. The case is being investigating by HC rajinder Kumar.

2.   AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 50/19 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 12.08.2019 U/S 39 (i) (a) H.P Excise Act on the rukka of SI SHO Pradeep Thakur alleged therein that on 12.08.2019 during patrolling duty he recovered 24 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Rajesh Sisodia S/O Bhawani Singh R/O VPO Bharanoo Teh. Nerwa Distt. Shimla H.P. The case is being investigated by SHO PS Nerwa.

3.   AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR NO. 51/19 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 12.08.2019 U/S 39 (i) (a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Amar Nath I/o PS Nerwa alleged therein that on 12.08.2019 during patrolling he recovered 11 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Sh Ramesh kumar S/O Lt. Sh. Dhayan Singh  R/O village Auli PO Bharanoo Teh. Nerwa Distt. Shimla H.P. The Case is being investigated by ASI Amar Nath.

4.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 93/19 has been registered at PS East on U/S 279,337 & 338 IPC in which complainant alleging therein that on 12.08.2019 a motorcycle No. HP 31C 4583 hit her when she was going towards Ayurveda Hospital. The case is being investigated by I/O PS East.

5.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 92/19 has been registered At PS East on 12.08.2019 U/S 279, 337 on the statement of Sh Akhil Parshar S/o Sh Pawan Kumar Sharma R/Parashar Bhawan Patrol Pump Vikas Nagar Shimla alleged therein that on 12.08.2019 a tralla No. PB 23R 8585 hit his vehicle  at Vikasnagar Shimla. The Case is being investigated by I/O PP Kasumpti.  

6.   During last 24 hours 39 challan without seat belt, 03 challan Drunken driving, 27 without helmet, 35 without Driving Licence, 05 using mobile phone, 01 rash driving, 08 person's challaned under Smoking Act 01 challan under mining act.

1.   Accused (i) Gulshan Sharma S/O Sh Madhukar Sharma R/O Vijay Bhawan, Dhingu Dhar Sanjauli, (ii) Sahib Singh S/o Sh.Gurnam Singh R/o Jawahar Cottage Laxmi Narayan Mandir sanjauli and (iii) Navinder Kanwer S/o Sh Kapoor Singh R/o Nadukhar Sunni arrested in case FIR No. 182/19 U/S 21 29 ND&PS Act at PS West on 12.08.2019 are being produced before Ld court today.
