Crime Report on August 26, 2019

1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 43/19 has been registered at PS Sunni on 25.08.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the rukka of SI/SHO Jai Dev Sharma PS Sunni alleged therein that on 25.08.2019 at about 3.26 PM an information received at PS Sunni that a vehicle No. HP51A-2281 got accident near Jagoti Nala. On this he alongwith staff went to the spot and found that above vehicle rolled down from the road about 700 mtr at Jagoti Nala.  In this accident, driver/owner Mr Vijay Bhardwaj S/o Sh. Kundan Lal R/o VPO Basantpur, Tehsil Sunni, Distt Shimla, HP sustained injuries. Case is being investigating by SI/SHO Jai Dev Sharma PS Sunni.

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 165/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli today i.e. on 26.08.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the rukka of HC Sanjay Kumar I/O PS Dhalli alleging therein that on 26.08.2019 a vehicle No.HP 52B 6118 gypsy met with an accident in which a person namely Rohit sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by I/O PS Dhalli.

3.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 163/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 25.08.19 U/S 279,304A IPC on the statement of Sh Gurpreet Singh S/o Sh. Rakha Singh R/O VPO Siviya Tehsil Faridkot, Punjab alleged therein that he came to Shimla on 24.8.19 with his friends. On 25.08.2019 he was going towards Kufri with his friends on bikes. When he reached near IHM Kufri suddenly a truck No PB79-1942 come in front of Rajvinder Motorcycle from opposite side and hit his motorcycle. He fell down and the truck driver crushed him. Complainant shift victim to GMC Shimla where MO IGMC Shimla declared Rajvinder Singh brought dead. The case is being investigated by HC Sanjay I/O of PS Dhalli.

4.   During last 24 hours 95 Challan without seat belt, 06 challan Drunken driving, 19 without helmet, 37 without Driving Licence, 02 using mobile phone, 16 person's challaned under Smoking Act.
