1. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No.
49/19 has been registered at PS Nerwa
on 31.07.19 U/S 39(i) Excise Act on the rukka of SHO PS Nerwa alleging therein
that on 31.07.2019 during patrolling he recovered
12 bottles of country liquor
from the possession of Sunny Hemta S/o Rajinder
Himta R/o Dawandali P/o Pauria Tehsil Nerwa District Shimla . The case is being investigated by SHO PS Nerwa.
2. AN ACCIDENT: Case
FIR No. 171/19 has been registered at PS West on 01.08.2019 U/S 279, 337
IPC on the statement of Sh Dalveer Singh S/o Sh. Sardar Ajeet Singh R/o H.No
15, Rose Colony Near Mathura Colony, Rajpura road Patiala Punjab A/P driver bus
No. PB 65 AS 0795 alleging therein that on 31.07.2019 when he was coming Shimla
from Chandigarh. When he reached near Taradevi a vehicle No. HP 10B 2510 Alto
came rashly from Shimla side and collided with his Bus in which three person’s
sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by I/o PS West.
3. A TRESPASS: Case
FIR No. 172/19 has been registered at PS West on 01.08.2019 U/S 451,
504, 506 & 427 IPC on the statement of Sh Ravin Rana S/o Sh Parsotam Rana
R/o J.P Cottage Lower Chakkar Shimla-5 alleged therein that on 31.07.2019 a
person namely Ramesh Thakur entered in his premises and broke the glasses of
his house. He also threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being
investigated by I/O Ps West.
4. AN ACCIDENT: Case
FIR No 81/19 has been registered at PS Chopal on 01.08.2019 U/S 279 IPC on
the rukka of HC Satish Kumar I/O PS Chopal alleged therein that on 01.08.2019
an ambulance 108 No. HP 63 4297 collided with HRTC Bus due to rash and
negligent driving of both vehicles drivers. The case is being investigated by
I/o PS Chopal.
5. AN ACCIDENT: Case
FIR No 138/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 01.08.2019 U/S 279 337
IPC & 187 MV Act alleged therein
that on 01.08.2019 an Unknown vehicle hit her at Chlaunthi (sanjauli) during
crossing the road. After that driver of vehicle carried victim in his vehicle toIGMC
and run away from there. The case is being investigated by I/O PP Sanjauli.
6. During last 24 hours 569 vehicles
challaned under MV Act 152
compounded, 11 persons challaned under Smoking Act.
