Crime Report on August 29, 2019

1.    A ND&PS Act: Case FIR No.184/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on 28.08.2019 U/S 18 ND&PS Act on the ruka of HC Anil No.163 I/O PS Sadar Shimla alleged therein that on 28.08.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty near Jodha Niwas then they intercepted a person namely Amit Sodhi S/O Sh Bihari Lal R/O Benmore cottage Chhota Shimla in the rain shelter and recovered 7.52 gram opium from his possession. The Case is being investigated by HC Anil I/O PS Sadar.

2.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 80/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 29.08.2019 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh Hom Bhadur S/o Sh Kul Bhadur R/o Naulapur P/o Kolpur Tehsil and district Banke Anchal Bheri Nepal A/o Mehta stone Crasher Pashada (Khneri) alleging therein  that on 28.08.2019 a tractor No. HP25A 2579 met with an accident in which one persons namely Prem Bahdur and Rim Bhadur died on the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Bhupender I/O PP Sainj.

3.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 150/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 28.08.2019 U/S 279, 337, 427 IPC and 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh Madhu Chauhan S/o Late Sh Laiq Ram R/o village Bhuai P/o Chailla Tehsil Theog District Shimla alleging therein that on 28.08.2019 a vehicle No. HP 07C 3001 met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving of driver and damaged the house of his brother. Driver of above vehicle run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Sukhdev Singh I/o PS Theog.  

4.    During last 24 hours 54 Challan without seat belt, 03 challan Drunken driving, 17 without helmet, 19 without Driving Licence, 01 using mobile phone, 09 person's challaned under Smoking Act.

1.   Accused Amit Sodhi S/O Sh Bihari Lal R/O Benmore cottage Chhota Shimla arrested in case FIR No.184/19 U/S 18 ND&PS Act dated 28.08.2019 at PS Sadar is being produced before Ld court today.
