Crime Report on August ,03, 2019

1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 88/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 02.08.2019 U/S 279, 427 IPC on the statement of Sh. Kushal kumar S/o Sh. Ram Kishan R/o ward No. 3, PO Mehtpur, Tehsil & Distt Una, HP owner of Truck No. HP20F-3737 stated therein that on dated 01.08.2019 he and his driver Jaswant Singh S/o Sh. Vikram Singh R/o VPO Dehla, Tehsil & Distt Una, HP was going to Ani in his above Truck as he reached near Kainthla MORE, his above driver lost his control and rolled down from the road at about 15/20 meter. In this accident four plants of CHERI and the house of Sh. Bharat Bhushan R/o Kainthla More, got damaged. The case has been registered.

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 173/19 has been registered at PS West Shimla today on 03.08.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Happy Sharma S/o Sh. Prakash Chand Sharma R/o V.P.O. Ghanahatti, Tehsil & District Shimla, alleging therein that on dated 02.08.2019 at about 07.15 PM his son Mr Chinmay Sharma was playing at Ghanahatti Bazar, a motorcycle No. HP63A-5087 driven by Sahil S/o Sh. Yog Raj Bansal come rashly and hit his son. In this accident his son sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Suresh Kumar I/C PP Dhami, PS West, Shimla.

3.   During last 24 hours 05 challan drunken driving, 69 challan without seat belt,  25 challan without helmets, 14 without driving License, 07 challan using mobile phones 19 persons challaned under Smoking Act.01 person challaned under mining act.
