Crime Report on August, 10, 2019

1.   A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No 113/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 10.8.2019 U/S 21, 29 NDPS Act on the rukka of HC Hukam Lal I/O PP City Rampur alleging therein that today on 10.08.2019 during Nakabandi near Patbangla recovered 11 gram Chita from the possession of  (i) Arjun VPO Kalpa Distt Kinnaur (ii) Aadil S/O Vijay Prakash village Palzara P/o  Bahli Tehsil Rampur and (iii) Ajay Kumar S/O Sh Vijay Kumar village Dakolar Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla. The case is being investigating by HC Ramesh I/O PP City Rampur.

2.   A TRESPASS: Case FIR No.137/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 09.08.2019 U/S 451, 323, 506 on the statement of Sh Mohan Singh Thakur S/o Late Sh Aarshu Ram R/o village Palel P/o Baldhar Theog District Shimla alleging therein that a person namely Inder Singh entered in his premises beaten him and broke the glasses of his shop. He also threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by I/O PS Theog.   

3.   AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No 80/19 has been registered at PS Chirgaon 09.08.19 U/S 39 (i) Excise Act PS Chirgaon on the rukka of ASI Prem Singh I/o PS Chirgaon alleged therein that on 09.08.2019 during patrolling they recovered 6 bottles of country liquor from the shop of Sh Dina Ram S/o Sh Surat Ram R/o village Matwani  P/o Chilala tehsil Chirgaon District Shimla. The case is being investigated by I/O PS Chirgaon.

4.   During last 24 hours 06 challan drunken driving, 42 challan without seat belt, 23  challan without helmets, 26 without driving License, 04 challan using mobile phones 09 challan rash driving 15 persons challaned under Smoking Act.02 person challaned under mining act.

Follow Up:-

(i) Accused Arjun VPO Kalpa Distt Kinnaur (ii) Aadil S/O Vijay Prakash village Palzara P/o  Bahli Tehsil Rampur and (iii) Ajay Kumar S/O Sh Vijay Kumar village Dakolar Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla have been arrested in case FIR No. 113/19 at PS Rampur on 10.8.2019 U/S 21, 29 NDPS Act are being produced before Ld court today.
