Crime Report On September 23, 2018.

1.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 215/18 has been registered at PS Sadar, Shimla  on dated 22.09.2018 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Jagdish Kumar S/o Late Sh. Paras Ram R/o V.P.O. Sameerpur, Tehsil & Distt Kangra, HP alleging therein that on dated 22.09.18 at about 9.30 AM when he was crossing the road at Devinder car wash centre near Oakland Tunnel a white Alto car came rashly from lakkarbazar side and hit him. The driver of above alto car ran away from the spot. In this accident he sustained injuries on right foot.

2.    AN ACCIDENT : Case FIR No. 58/18 has been registered at PS Kotkhai, Shimla  on 22.09.2018 U/S 279,337 IPC on the Rukka of HC Ashok I/O PS Kotkhai stated that a vehicle No. HP12J-4516 got accident Near Hulli. In this accident four persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Ashok I/O PS Kotkhai, Shimla.

3.    AN ACCIDENT : Case FIR No. 115/18 has been registered at PS East, Shimla  on 23.09.2018 U/S 279, 427 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Arvind Lakhanpal S/o Late Sh. Parameshwari Dass Lakhanpal R/o Lakhanpal Cottage, Shiv Shakti Vihar Near Majitha House, Chotta Shimla, Shimla-2, HP alleging therein that on 22.09.2018 night some unknown vehicle hit his and Shyam Gupta’s Shop at Chota Shimla Chowk. The case is being investigated by ASI Mehar Chand I/O PS East, Shimla.

4.    During  last 24 hours 142 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded=66 fine realized Rs. 31,200/-, 18 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1800/-.

1.    Accused Rahul @ Happy S/o Sh. Mulak Raj R/o Village & PO Gumma, Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla, age 26 years,arrested in case FiR No. 264/18 Dated 19.09.2018 U/S 21 NDPS Act at PS West Shimla, is remanded in Police Custody upto 24.09.2018, by the Ld Court.
