Crime Report on September, 21, 2018

1.    An Excise Act: Case  FIR No. 85/18 has been registered at PS Jubbal on  20.09.2018 U/S 39(1)a H.P Excise Act on the Rukka of SI/SHO Naresh Kumar alleging therein that on 20.09.2018 he was on patrolling along with staff at Jubbal Bazar and and found 15 unclaimed boxes of English wine at Jubbal Bazaar . The Case is being investigated by self SI Naresh Kumar SHO P.S Jubbal.

2.    An Accident: Case FIR No. 101/18 has been registered at PS Kuarsain on 20.09.2018 U/S 279,337,304(a) IPC on the statement of Sh Yashwant Singh S/o Late Sh. Annant Ram R/o village Bhrara P/o Kumarsain Teshil Kumarsain A/P driver HPPWD Sub Division Kumarsain alleging there in that on 20.09.2018 he was coming from Sunni to Kumarsain via Luhri in his Tipper No. HP09A-4554 and at about 6:30 PM when he reached at Pruna near Jabli suddenly a scooty (No. HP95-0403) came rashly and negligently overtook a vehicle behind his tipper and he lost control over his tipper and collided with scooty in which a person namely Ranjeet S/o Sh. Dhan Sukh R/O Bhanola Kumarsain died on the Spot And Pillion Rider Ramesh Chand S/O Joven Dass R/O Jubdu Kumarsain sustained injuries. The Case Is Being Investigatted By ASI Noop Ram I/O PS Kumarsain. 

3.    During last 24 hours 260 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded= 104 fine realized Rs. 38,800/- and 24 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2,900/-.

1.    Accused Rahul @ Happy S/o Sh. Mulak Raj R/o Village & PO Gumma, Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla, age 26 years,arrested in case FiR No. 264/18 Dated 19.09.2018 U/S 21 NDPS Act at PS West Shimla, is on police remand up to 22.09.2018.

2.    Accused Rahul Visht S/o Sh. Balam Singh R/o Swadesh Building, Lower Phagli Shimla-4, age 21 years, arrested in case FiR No. 265/18 Dated 19.09.2018 U/S 21 NDPS Act at PS West Shimla, is on police remand up to 24.09.2018.
