Crime Report on Sept. 07, 2018

1.     AN INJURY WITH SHARP WEAPON: Case FIR No. 125/18 has been registered at PS Rohru on  06.08.2018 U/S 324 34 IPC on the statement  of Sh. Naresh S/o Sh. Nain Singh R/o Village Panja PO Korag Tehsil Sangrah, District Sirmaur, HP, age 26 years alleging therein that on 06.09.2018, his relative namely Jagar along with two unknown persons, beaten him brutally, sustained injuries to him. 

2.     During last 24 hours 393 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded=87 fine realized Rs. 33,400/- and 24 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 3,600/-.  

FOLLOW-UP

1. Accused Aass Bahadur S/o Sh. Jog Bahadur R/o Village & PO Gehari gaon, Distt. Rukkam, Nepal, age 38 years, arrested in Case FIR No. 177/18 Dt. 04.09.18 U/S 20 ND&PS Act at PS Dhalli today remanded in judicial custody by the Ld. Court.
2. Accused Santosh Kumar S/o Sh. Prem Bahadur R/o Gulariya Nepal,25 years arrested in case FIR No. 114/18 Dt. 07.08.2018 U/S 379 IPC at PS Rohru, remanded in Judicial Custody by the Ld. Court today.
