Crime Report on September, 02, 2018

1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 92/18 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on   02.09.2018 U/S 279, 304A on the statement of Malkit Singh S/o Sh. Bhagwan Dass R/o Nibhai  Teshil  Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi  age 39 years alleging therein that  he is  working at his motor mechanic shop near Firnu curve and on 01.09.2018 he saw a pickup No. HP 72A-7940 came  rashly from Narkanda side at 10:30 PM and met with an accident.  In this accident Driver has died on the spot.  The Case is being investigated by ASI Mansa Ram I/C PP Narkanda.

2.   AN ACCIDENT : Case FIR No.86/18 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 01.09.2018 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the rukka of HC Deepak Kumar I/O PS Chiraon stated therein that on 01.09.2018 a vehicle No. HP 10A 1984  met with an accident at Banoti Nala due to rash and negligent driving of  Prem Chand S/o Sh Jagdev Chand village Bhaloon p/o Sungari Tehsil Rorhu. The case is being investigated by  HC Deepak Kumar I/O PS Chiraon.

3.   A CHEATING:  Case FIR No. 248/18 has been registered at PS West on 01.09.2018 U/S 406, 420, 467,468,471 IPC on the comlaint of Sh. Satish Kumar S/o Late Sh Hem Raj R/o Khateek Mohalla Totu Shimla alleging therein that a person namely Subash Chand, S/o Sh. Sita Ram, resident of Crescent Senior Secondary School, Tutu, Tehsil and district Shimla has made the Satish Kumar’s land his name by fraudulenly. The case is being investigated by ASI Devi Ram I/O PS West.

4.   During last 24 hours 372 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded= 158 fine realized Rs. 74,100/- and 17 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,700/-. 02 persons challaned under Mining act and collected fine Rs 7,500.

Thulku Ram R/o Village Dhehan Ghati P/O Kelvi, Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla  ii) Ashgar Ali S/o Sh Vaseer Ahamad R/o village Dhanoi P/o Surgan Chanog Tehsil Bani District Kathua J&K  iii) Sukhram S/o Sh Gulab Ram R/o village Bagi Banona Tehsil Sadar Bilaspur District Bilaspur H.P iv) Mohamad Asraf S/o Sh Hedar Ali R/o village Dhanoi P/o Surgan Chanog Tehsil Bani District Kathua J&K arrested in case FIR No. 93/18 Dt. 03.08.2018 U/S 379 IPC at PS East  are being produced in Ld court on, today 02.09.2018.
