Crime Report on September 03, 2018

1. A CHEATING case FIR No. 93/18 dated 02-09-2018 u/s 407,420 IPC has been registered at PS Kumarsain on the complaint of Sh. Govind Mehta S/o Sh. Sohan Lal R/o Vill Gahan PO Khunni Tehsil Nankhari Distt Shimla alleging therein that he is working as commission agent at Narkanda (Ekantbari). On 26-08-2018 he had loaded 598 boxes of apple from Narkanda to Hyderabad in truck No. HR46C-9799 of transporter Cargo Movers Patiala Punjab. The above truck is register in the name of Mr. Kuldeep S/o Ram Dhan R/o Basudi Distt. Sonipath Haryana But, above truck did not reach on the destination till date and he has doubt that the above truck driver has sold the above apple boxes on the way with the intention to cheat him. The case is being investigated by ASI Mansa Ram I/C PP Narkanda.
2. A CHEATING case FIR No. 94/18 dated 02-09-2018 u/s 407, 420 IPC has been registered at PS Kumarsain on the complaint of Sh. Rajinder Singh S/o Late Sh. Uttam Chand R/o VPO Kharahan Tehsil Nankhari Distt. Shimla alleging therein that he is working as commission agent Narkanda (Ekantbari). On 26-08-2018 he had loaded 748 apple boxes from Narkand to Hyderabad in truck No. HR69C-6893 of transporter Cargo Movers Patiala Punjab. The above truck is register in the name of Mr. Kuldeep S/o Ram Dhan R/o Basudi Distt. Sonipath Haryana. But, above truck did not reach on the destination till date and he has doubt that the above truck driver has sold the above apple boxes on the way with the intention to cheat him. The case is being investigated by ASI Mansa Ram I/C PP Narkanda.
3. AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 175/18 dated 03-09-2018 u/s 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Dhalli on the rukka of ASI Tek Ram I.O PS Dhalli alleging therein that today one Duster Car No. HP62C-1007 met with an accident near Charabra  due to rash and negligent driving of driver Rakesh Kumar. In this accident driver Rakesh Kumar sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Tek Ram I.O PS Dhalli.
4. AN ACCIDENT:- case FIR No 124/18 Dated 02-09-18 U/S 279,337 IPC   has been registered at PS Rampur on the statement of Sh. Sabh Ram S/O Sh. Shyama Nand Vill Karali PO Dansa Tehsil Rampur, Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that  on 02-09-18 at about 5:30 PM near Karali  one car No HP 06A-9774  met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving of Car driver Kushal Chand. In this accident four person sustained injuries. The  case is being investigating by ASI Amar Singh I/O PS Rampur

1.    Accused Brij Lal S/o Janku Ram R/o Vill. Thana PO Mandal Tehsil Jubbal Distt Shimla age 25 years arrested in case FIR No. 123/2018 dated 03-09-2018 u/s 379,411 IPC at PS Rohru is being produced before Ld. Court.
