Crime Report on Sept. 08, 2018

1. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR N0. 65/18 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 08.09.2018 U/S 279,337 IPC  on The rukka of HC Sharifoo Deen  I/O PS Nerwa alleging therein that today on 08.09.2018 at about 01.15AM, a Pick-Up No. HP62A- 2686,  which was coming from Fadiz Pul To Antroli, met with an accident near Antrawali  and rolled down from the road due to rash & negligently driving of Assim S/o Sh. Ibrahim  R/O Village & PO Nerwa Tehsil Nerwa Distt Shimla Age About 25 Years, sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by HC Sharifoo Deen, I/O PS Nerwa.
2. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 183/18 has been registered at PS Theog on 08.09.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Chaman Lal S/o Sh. Paras Ram R/o Village Fagah PO Bhogra Tehsil Theog, Shimla alleging therein that today on 08.09.2018 he was going towards Theog from Matyana in his Motorcycle No. HP09-0434. At about 08-30 AM, on the way near Sunarghati, one Maruti Car No. HP06-2346 came rashly with negligent driving and hit his motorcycle and run away from the spot. In this accident, he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Pramod, I/O PP Matiana.  
3. During last 24 hours 207 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded=131 fine realized Rs. 57,300/- and 32 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 3,200/-.
