1. A EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 46/19 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 30.05.2019 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Sunil Dutt, I/C PP Sarahan, Shimla alleging therein that on 30.05.2019, during patrolling alongwith staff, 10 Bottles of Country liquor have been recovered from the possession of Partap Singh S/o lt. Sh. Sunder Singh R/o Village Runpu, PO Kinnu, Tehsil Rampur, District Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Sunil Dutt, I/C PP Sarahan, Shimla.
2. A CHEATING: Case FIR No. 50/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 30.05.2019 U/S 420 506 IPC on the complaint of Akshit Sharma A/P Employee in Goyal Motor Ltd. Chol, Kotkhai alleging therein that a person namely Shurveer Singh S/o Sh. Memjhu Ram R/o Village Muchhada PO Samoli Tehsil Rohru District Shimla, has purchased a new vehicle from above Branch by exchanging his old vehicle. Whereas, a loan amounting to Rs. 2,62,910/- is pending in the Bank on the vehicle exchanged by him. The case is being investigated by ASI Roshan Lal, I/O PS Kotkhai.
