Crime Report on May 29, 2019

 1.     A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 36/19 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 28.05.2019 U/S 18, 29 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Ankush Rana No. 1674, I/O PS Nerwa, Shimla alleging therein that on 28.05.2019 at about 01-40 PM, during traffic checking at Police Check Post Jhamrari, two persons namely Dal Bahadur S/o Sh. Man Bahadur R/o Village & PO Bafikut, District Rukkam, Nepal, age 35 years and Som Bahadur S/o Sh. Heera Khatri R/o Village Sani Behari, Anchal Ravati, District Rukkam, Nepal, age 30 years, intercepted by them, who were travelling in HRTC Bus No. HP63A-2649 (Haridwar to Shimla) and recovered 3.884 Kg. Opium from their possession. Above both accused have been arrested by  the police and the case is being investigated by HC Sunny Bodh No. 53, I/O PS Nerwa.

2. During last 24 hours 414 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 184 and  01 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

1.    Accused Dal Bahadur S/o Sh. Man Bahadur R/o Village & PO Bafikut, District Rukkam, Nepal, age 35 years &  ii) Som BahadurS/o Sh. Heera Khatri R/o Village Sani Behari, Anchal Ravati, District Rukkam, Nepal, age 30 years, arrested in case FIR No. 36/19 Dt. 28.05.2019 U/S 18, 29 ND&PS Act at PS Nerwa, are being produced before the Ld. Court.
