Crime Report on May 25, 2019

1. Accident: Case FIR No. 45/19 has been registered at PS Jhakri, Shimla  on dated 24.05.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Shekh Mohammad S/o Sh. Abdul Karim R/o Village Naini, PO Jeori, Tehsil Rampur, Distt Shimla, HP alleging therein that on 24.05.2019 a Maruti Car No. HP25A-2522 met with an accident near Naini Jeori Road NH-05 and rolled  down from the road due to the negligent driving of driver Kuldeep S/o Sh. Roshan Lal R/o Vill Rarang, Tehsil Moorang, Distt Kinnaur, HP. In this accident four persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Manoj Kumar I/O PP Jeori, PS Jhakri.
2. Cheating: Case FIR No. 39/19 has been registered at PS New Shimla  on dated 24.05.2019 U/S 34,405,463,464,465,425,426,415,416,417,418,419,420 IPC on the complaint of Vijay Kumar Bangalia R/o B-37, Phase-1, Treasurer HPVHA Sector-2, New Shimla, Shimla-171 009 alleging therein that he is as treasurer in the HP Voluntarily Health Association Registered Office as B-37, Phase I, Sector 2, New Shimla. The annual general budget of the society runs into lakh of rupees or some time it touches upto crore. Six persons namely 1. Sh. P.R. Ramesh, 2. Sh. Mohan lal Sharma 3. Sh. Kewal Ram Siranta, 4. Sh. Dinesh Kumar 5. Sh. Khem Singh 6. Sh. Kashmir Singh took over the illegal possession of accounts, computer almirah and other record maintained by the above society They also manipulated the record of above HPVHA Society running at New Shimla and threatened him & physically removed him from the office. The case is being investigated by ASI Patwant Singh I/O PS New Shimla.
3.  Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty: Case FIR No. 62/19 has been registered atPS Rohru  today on 25.05.2019 U/S 353, 332, 506 IPC on the application Sh. Dharam Chand S/O Lt. Sh. Dharmu R/O Vill Jagat PO Samoli Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that He is serving in IPH Department Rohru for the last 25yrs . Today on 25/5/19 at 10.45 AM when he was  checking water line near Shakti Nagar Rohru, In the same time one person namely Rattan R/O Shakti Nagar Rohru , started abusing and beaten him while he was performed his duty and also threatened to his life. The case is being investigated by HC Kuldeep Singh I/O PS Rohru. 
4. During last 24 hours 398 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 181 and 16 persons challaned under Smoking Act.
