CRIME REPORT ON 13th MAY 2019 (MORNING)

1.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 36/19 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 11.05.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Dharam Pal R/o Anandpur  Jalvera P/o Jalvera Tehsil Ambala Haryana alleging therein that on 12.05.2019  he was going to Ambala  from Rohru in LP Truck No. HR65A-4737. When he reached near Snabha Khada Pathar one car No. HP10A-9073 (KUV) came rashly from wrong side and hit the truck from right side. In this accident three persons sustained injuries. This incident happned due to the negligent driving of the car driver Surender. The case is being investigated by  SHO P.S Jubbal.

2.   AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 110/19 has been registered at PS West on 12.05.2019 U/S 39 (i) (a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Devi Ram I/C PP Jatog alleging therein that on 12.05.2019 during patrolling he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Ankush Sharma S/o Sh Omprakash Sharma VPO Kiyari Tehsil Kotkhai District Shimla.The case is being investigated by ASI Devi Ram I/C PP Jatog.

3.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No.48/19 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 12.05.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Ankush Basu S/o Sh Mehar Chand VPO Dhandarvari Tehsil Dodrakwar District Shimla alleging therein that on 12.05.2019 a Bolero camper HP62 4980 met with an accident in which he along with other persons sustained injuries.The case is being investigated by I/O PS Chirgaon.

4.   During last 24 hours vehicles 227 were challaned under MV Act, Compounded=. 22 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.
