CRIME REPORT ON 11TH MAY 2019(EVENING)

1. A CHEATING: Case FIR No. 33/19 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 10.05.2019 U/S 420 IPC on the statement of Sh. Digvijay Singh S/o Sh. Shamsher Singh R/o Village & P Anti, Tehsil Jubbal, District Shimla alleging therein that in Sept. 2018, he orders for the Patanjali product through Patanjli web-site. He was informed through Mob. No. 96907-63425 that deposit Rs. 25,000/- in account No. 449610110013219. He deposited the said amount in above account No., but they did not provide any product to him, so far and now above mobile No. is coming switched off. The case is being investigated by ASI Sohan Lal, I/C PP Sarswati Nagar, Jubbal.
2. A CHEATING: Case FIR No. 101/19 has been registered at PS Sadar, Shimla on 10.05.19 U/S 406 419 420 467 468 471 120B IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ajay Harmesh Kashyap S/o Sh. Mangalu Ram R/o Village & PO Delath, Tehsil Rampur, District Shimla alleging therein that he was worked as Munshi with Amit Sharma S/o Sh. Lekh Ram Sharma R/o Sharma Niwas, Airport Road Totu, Shimla and left the work in August 2018. In March 2018, Amit Sharma purchased a Scorpio bearing registration No. HP52C-7779 in his name and self became his granter. The above vehicle financed from Hinduja Leland and insured from ICICI valid till March 2019. Due to apple season, he went to his native place. In between, Amit Sharma alongwith Sh. Chetan Thakur S/o Sh. Bharat R/o Classic Motor Garrage Jasoor, Tehsil Nurpur, Kangra and R.L.A. Shimla Rural cheated him by preparing false documents and transfer above vehicle in the name of Sh. Chetan Thakur without his consent. The case is being investigated by Himesh, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla.
