Crime Report on 23rd May 2019

A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 117/19 has been registered at PS West on 22.05.2019 U/S 20 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Narender Kumar I/O SIU District Shimla alleging therein that on 22.05.2019, during patrolling & collection of intelligence regarding illicit trading of drugs & liquor, a person namely Akash Shrama S/o Sh. Ram Gopal Sharma R/o Village & PO Badehari, Tehsil & District Shimla came on his Motorcycle from Chakkar side, stopped by them for checking and during the search, 112 Gram Charas recovered from his possession.   The case is being investigated by HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 1680, I/O PS West, Shimla.

2. A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 35/19 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 23.05.2019 U/S 18 ND&PS Act registered on the rukka of SI Pradeep Singh, SHO PS Nerwa alleging therein that on the secret information, a raid has been conducted and 238 Poppy Plants found cultivated in the fields of Chet Ram S/o Sh. Devi Ram R/o Village Bharmana, PO Tharoch, Tehsil Nerwa, District Shimla. The case is being investigated by HC Sunny Bodh I/O PS Nerwa.

3.    A RIOTING: Case FIR No. 119/19 has been registered at PS West on 23.05.2019 U/S 147, 148,323, 504, 427 IPC on the statement of Sh Ajay Kumar S/o Sh Deep Ram R/o Divya Nagar P/o Totu Shimla alleging therein that on 22.05.2019 when he was going towards Totu in his vehicle, when he reached near Shiv Nagar vehicle No. DL1CP 1444 BMW reached there and 5-6 persons came out from vehicle and beaten him and his friend bruatelly. They also threatended him with dire concequences. The case is being investigated by I/o PS West.

4.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 92/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 23.05.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the rukka of HC Ramesh I/O PP Sanjauli alleging therein that on 23.05.2019 a motorcycle No.HP 03C 5975 colided with a parked vehicle No. HP 01S 1274 and damaged the parked vehicle. The case is being investigated by I/O PP Sanjauli.

5.    A Gambling case: Case FIR No. 84/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 22.05.2019 U/S 13 Public Gambling Act on the rukka of HC Rajesh Kumar I/O PS Theog alleging therein that on 22.05.2019 during patrolling along with staff on secret information they recovered Rs 10500/- from the possession of 6-7 persons when they were playing gambling with playing cards. The case is being investigated by I/O PS Theog.

1.    Accused Akash Shrama S/o Sh. Ram Gopal Sharma R/o Village & PO Badehari, Tehsil & District Shimla arrested in in case FIR No. 119/19 at PS West on 22.05.2019 U/S 20 ND&PS Act is being produced before Ld Court today.
