Crime Report on May 19, 2019

1. An Accident : Case FIR No. 114/19 has been registered at PS West, Shimla  on dated 18.05.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Shashi Pal S/o Sh. Prema Ram R/o Village Rajwana, PO Lunas, Tehsil Nalagarh, Distt Solan, HP alleging therein that on dated 18.05.19 when he was crossing the road at Gandal a motorcycle come rashly and met with an accident during the overtaking an Alto Car. In this accident motorcycle rider Manish Rikta and another person sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Madan Lal I/O PS West, Shimla.
2. 2An Accident : Case FIR No. 34/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain  on dated 18.05.2019 U/S 279,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Ramesh Chand S/o Late Sh. Jaisi Ram R/o Village Sudmu, PO Thanedhar, Tehsil Kumarsain, Distt Shimla, HP alleging therein that on dated 18.05.19 at about 10.40 AM a motorcycle No. HP95-0615 met with an accident with a Maruti Bleno NO. HP25A-3669 who was in rash and negligent driving at near Singhapur. In this accident motorcycle rider Akhil S/o Sh. Laxman Singh died on spot. The case is being investigated by HC Bhupender Singh I/O PS Kumarsain.
3.  An Accident : Case FIR No. 24/19 has been registered at PS Nankhari  on dated 18.05.2019 U/S 279,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Yash Pal S/o Sh. Swaroopa Nand R/o VPO Vasi, Tehsil Kotkhai, Distt Shimla, HP alleging therein that his servant Nepali told him that an A/F Alto car rolled down from the road at Hudgi Nala. In this accident driver Shivam & his sister died on spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Chet Ram I/O PS Nankhari.
4. During last 24 hours 101 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 56 and 06 persons challaned under Smoking Act.
