- ACT ENDANGERING LIFE OR PERSONAL SAFETY OF OTHERS: Case FIR No. 79/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 02.05.2019 U/S 336,
337 IPC in which complainant alleging therein that on 02.05.2019 during
horse ridding at Kuffri complainant felt down due to the negligence of the
horse care taker. Due to this incident complainant sustained injuries .The
case is being investigated by HC Yogesh I/O PS Dhalli Shimla.
- AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 35/19 has been registered at PS Kotkahi on 02.05.2019 U/S 279,
337 IPC on the rukka of SI Parmjeet Saini SHO PS Kotkhai alleging therein
that on 02.05.2019 a Bus No. HP63A 2821 and a Car No. HP 63A 2821 collided
in which four persons sustained injuries.
- During last 24 hours 529 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded = 225. 22 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.
