Crime Report On May 16, 2019.

1. Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty: Case FIR No. 38/19 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 15.05.2019 U/S 323, 341, 353, 34 IPC on the statement of Sewa Ram S/O Lt. Sh. Kishan Chand R/O vill. & Po Nirath Tehsil rampur Distt. Shimla HP A/P Driver HRTC Rampur alleging therein that on dated 15-05-2019 when he was coming to Rampur from the route of Kurgu, as he reached at Browni Khad a person namely Hira Singh and his son stopped the above HRTC Bus and beaten him with sticks. in this incident he sustained injuries in his hand, leg & back side of the body. The case is being investigated by HC Diwan Chand I/O PS Jhakri.
2. Accident: Case FIR No 39/19 has been registered at PS Jhakri on dated 16-05-19 U/S  279,304A IPC on the Rukka  of  ASI Chaman Negi  I/C PP  Jeori stated therein that One  Bolero  No  HP01AA-0139met  with an  accident  at Near Det Jeori  and   rolled down 200 mtrs  from the road. Driver  Pawan  Kumar  S/O Kamal Dass  R/O Village  Talara PO  Shahdhar   Tehsil Rampur  Distt Shimla Died  on the spot. This  accident  occurred due  to rash and negligent  driving of Dvr. Pawan Kumar. The case  is being investigated  by  ASI Chaman  Negi  I/C PP Jeori, PS Jhakri, Shimla.
3. Accident: Case FIR No 55/19 has been registered at PS Chopal on dated 16-05-19 U/S  279,304A IPC on the statement of Chandereshwar S/o Sh. Ram Lal R/o Vill. Kayari, PO Sarain, Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that A Pick up bearing no. HP63-6949 met with an accident and fell down into deep trench at khaddar kenchi due to rash and negligent driving of Kamlesh S/o Sh. Pars Ram R/o Vill. Gorva PO Sarain Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla. In this accident one person namely Mangat Ram S/o Roop Singh R/o Vill. Kayari PO Sarain Tehsil Chopal  has died on the Spot and Driver Kamlesh sustained injuries. Case is being Investigated by ASI Virender Singh I/O PS Chopal.
4. During last 24 hours vehicles 326 were challaned under MV Act, Compounded = 163, 15 persons challaned under Smoking Act and 01 challaned under Mining Act.
