A RIOTING: Case 94/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on dated 30.04.2019 U/S 341, 147, 149, 323, 504, 506 IPC on the statement of Sh Rajinder Gill R/o Shakti Niwas Chakkar alleging therein that on 30.04.2019 five persons namely Apsaar, Abhishek, Balpreet, Gopal and Dev beaten him brutally at Cart Road Shimla. The case is beibg investigated by I/O PS Sadar.

ASSAULT OR CRIMINAL FORCE TO DETER PUBLIC SERVANT FROM DISCHARGE OF HIS DUTY: Case FIR No. 50/19 has been registered atPS Rohru on 30.04.2019 U/S 353, 332, 506, 506, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh Bhagat Chand S/o Lt. Sh Karam Dass R/o VPO Seema Tehsil Rorhu District Shimla alleging therein that today on 30.04.2019 at 6:30 PM during driving a government vehicle HPPWD Department four persons beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Amit Kumar I/o PS Rohru.
3. ACCIDENT : Case FIR No. 51/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 30.04.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC & 184 MV Act on the statement of HHG Sunil Kumar at present posted at PS Rohru alleging therein that on 30.04.2019 a motorcycle NO. A/F met with an accident. In this accident one person namely Bittu Kumar S/o Sh. Twaru R/o Village & PO Andhreouthi, Tehsil Rohru, Distt Shimla sustained injuriesThe case is being investigated by HC Amit Kumar I/O PS Theog.
4. ACCIDENT : Case FIR No. 18/19 has been registered at PS Nankhari on 30.04.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Liaq Ram S/o Sh. Hisru Ram R/o Village Add & PO Danawali, Tehsil Nankhari, Distt Shimla alleging therein that on dated 30.04.2019 when his mother get off from the HRTC Bus NO HP06A-6224 her foot crushed under the rear tyre of the above bus. The case is being investigated by ASI Chet Ram I/O PS Nankhari.
5. During last 24 hours vehicles 539 were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 302. 18 persons challaned under Smoking Act and 02 challan under mining Act.
