Crime Report on May 26, 2019

  1. ACT ENDANGERING LIFE OR PERSONNEL SAFETY OF OTHER: Case FIR No. 120/19 has been registered at PS West Shimla on 25.05.2019 U/S 336 304A IPC on the statement of HC Maihetender  Singh No. 90, Police Check Post Shoghi, Shimla stated therein that on 25.05.2019 at about 11-50 AM, a person namely Shyam A/P Munshi in Goyal Food World informed at Police Check Post Shoghi that two boys fallen into the tank. On this information, he alongwith staff reached at the spot and saw that deadbody of  two boys namely Ravinder Kumar s/o Sh. Kumar Paul R/o Village & PO Kondla, Tehsil Dolana District Hapud, Uttar Pradesh & Praveen Kumar s/o Sh. Mukesh Kumar R/o Village & PO Kondla, Tehsil Gaziabad  Kondla, Uttar Pradesh, kept near entrance gate of above factory. During the enquiry, Shyam told him that at about 09-30 AM, above both boys went to clean the E.T.P. Tank. In between, he received a call of Ravinder Kumar’s wife, who told him that her husband is not attending her call. On this, he went towards E.T.P. Tank and saw that above both boys were lying in the tank. The electric Motor, which was connected to the power, was also lying in the tank. It seems that above both boys have been died due to electric power. This incident occurred due to negligence of factory owner Sh. Naveen Goyal. The case is being investigated by SI Lal Singh, I/O PS West, Shimla.
  2. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 40/19 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 25.05.2019 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Hans Raj Gupta S/o Sh. Hari Singh Gupta R/o Village & PO Ghannahatti, Tehsil & District Shimla, age 70 years stated therein that on 25.05.2019 at about 05-15 PM, when he was crossing the road in front of Diamond Hotel, at the same time one white colour Innova car came rashly with negligent driving and crushed his left foot. The case is being investigated by ASI Patwant Singh, I/O PS New Shimla.
  3. HOUSE TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 63/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 25.05.2019 U/S 448 506 IPC, in which complainant stated that her landlord Kishore R/o Jubbal, Shimla, locked her shop in her absence. On her asking, Kishore threatened her with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Amit, I/C PP City Rohru.
