Crime Report on 9th May 2019 (Morning)

1.   AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 79/19 has been registered at PS theog on 08.05.2019 U/S 39 (i)(a) on the rukka of ASI Purushotam Chand I/C PP Chailla alleging therein that on 08.05.2019 during patrolling at Kyar, Sango Jubbad he recovered 09 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Raju S/o Sh Kamana Ram R/o VPO Kalhar Tehsil Theog District Shimla.The case is being investigated by Purushotam Chand I/C PP Chailla.

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 56/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 08-05-2019 u/s 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Pradeep Chauhan S/O Lt. Sh. Bali Ram R/O Vill. Shallash PO Pujarli No. 2 Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that on 08.05.2019 a vehice No. HP10B-2024 met with an accident in which one person namely Sunil Mehta S/O Lt. Sh. Kitab Singh R/O Village Karchhari P/O Sharontha Tehsil Rohru sustained injuries. The case is being investigated HC Madan Singh I/O PP Tikkar. 

3.   During last 24 hours vehicles 453 were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 255. 15 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.
