CRIME REPORT ON 11TH MAY 2019 (MORNING)

1.    AN ACCIDENT : Case FIR No 76/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 10.05.2019 U/S 279,337 & 304A IPC complainant alleging therein that on 10.05.2019 a  car No. HP 06A-8579 met with an accident in which one person died on the spot and one person sustained injuries. This accident occured due to rash and negligent driving of car driver Hoshiyar Singh. The case is being investigation by SI Karam Chand  PS Rampur.

2.     AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 85/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 10.05.2019 U/S 39(i) (a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Dharm Chand I/o PS Dhalli alleging therein that on 10.05.2019 he recovered 45 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Thunia @ Tony S/o Ram Singh R/o Shalana P/o Sahrol Tehsil Arki District Solan The case is being investigated by ASI Dharam Chand I/O PS Dhalli.

3.     AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR NO. 41/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 10.05.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the rukka of HC Ashok Kumar I/O PS Kotkhai alleging therein that on 10.05.2019 a vehicle No. HP 09C 3878(Alto) met with an accident in which two persons namely Pramod Kumar S/o Sh Bhageshwar and Deepak S/o Sher Singh sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by I/o HC Ashok Kumar.

4.     AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 81/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 10.05.2019 U/S 279, 337, 304 IPC on the statement of Sh Amar Singh Khdeaik S/o Late Sh Heera Singh R/o village Gadaran P/o Deha Tehsil Theog District Shimla alleging therein that on 10.05.2019 avehicle NO.  HP 51A 0376 met with an accident at Sarog Gali in which one person namely madan Kalta S/o Sh Dhani Ram village Madal P/o Kuthar Tehsil Theog District Shimla died on the spot and one person namely vinod sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by SI Layak Ram I/o PS Theog.

5.    During last 24 hours vehicles 724 were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 683. 23 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.
