Crime Report on July 16, 2018

1.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 90/18 dated 15.07.2018 u/s 39 HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Rampur on the rukka of SI Sher Singh, SHO PS Rampur alleging therein that on 15.07. 2018  at about 07-00 PM he along with staff was on patrolling towards Nogli. On the secret information, he raided in the residence of a lady and recovered 17 Bottles of Country liquor marka Una No.-1 from her possession. The case is being investigated by SI Sher Singh, PS Rampur.

2.    AN EXCISE ACT: case FIR No. 57/18 dated 16-07-2018 39(1)A HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Jubbal on the rukka of SI/SHO Naresh Kumar alleging therein that today during patrolling alongwith staff at Dhakhrantu at about 11-45 AM on the secret information he raided in the house of Gita Ram @ Gitu S/o  Sh.Moti Ram R/o Vill Sansog PO Dhadi Rawat Tehsil Jubbal and recovered 14 boxes of country liquor and  02 boxes of beer from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Naresh Kumar PS Jubbal.  

3.    AN EXCISE ACT: case FIR No. 58/18 dated 16-07-2018 39(1)A HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Jubbal on the rukka of SI/SHO Naresh Kumar alleging therein that today during patrolling alongwith staff at Dhakhrantu on the secret information he raided in the house of Surinder Singh S/o Bala R/o Vill Dhakhrantu PO Dhadi Rawat Tehsil Jubbal and recovered 23 boxes of country liquor,  16 boxes of beer and 01 box of English liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Naresh Kumar PS Jubbal

4.    AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 136/18 dated 15.07.2018 u/s 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Theog on the statement of Salman Oli S/o Sh. Joop Lal R/o Vill Bakhog PO Cheog, Tehsil Theog alleging therein that on 15-07-2018 he was going to Bhakog in vehicle No. HP62C-0734. When he reached 01KM ahead driver Sunny lost control over the vehicle due to rash and negligent driving and rolled down from the road. In this accident one person Naveen sustained injuries.

5.    During last 24 hours 161 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded= 99 fine realized Rs.  40,300/-, 28 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2,800/- and 01 Challaned under Mining Act and fine collected 25,000/-.

FOLLOW-UP:

1.    Accused i) Abhishek Kumar S/o Sh. Bhupender Singh R/o Manrog PO Narian Tehsil Rampur District Shimla, age 30 years & ii) Saurabh S/o Sh. Uday Singh R/o Village & PO Kareri Tehsil Rampur Shimla, age 23 years, arrested in case FIR No. 127/18 Dt. 11.07.2018 U/S 21,29-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Dhalli remanded in Judicial Custody by the Ld. Court. 

2.    Accused Kra Basile S/o Sh. Ibeanysi Emeka Nigerian national arrested in case FIR No. 129/18 dated 11.07.2018 u/s 21 of ND&PS Act at PS Dhalli further remanded in Police custody in case FIR No. 127/18 dated 11.07.2018 u/s 21,29-61-85 PS Dhalli upto 17-07-2018 by the Ld. Court.
