1. An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 63/13 is registered at Police Station Dhalli Shimla on 19-04-13 U/S 279 IPC, 3 PDP Act & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Santosh Kumar S/o Sh. Sariya Ram R/o C/o Akash View, Chhakrail, Bhatta Kuffar, Shimla, alleging therein that today on 19-04-13 at 7:30 AM one vehicle Alto Car No. HP-52A-4228 hit electricity pole near the house of Gopal Chhajata and the grills of Gopal Chhajata Niwas. This accident was occurred due to rash & negligent driving by driver. Case is being investigated by HC Rameshwar I/o PS Dhalli, Shimla.
2. An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 43/13 is registered at Police Station Kunarsain on 19-04-13 U/S 279, 429 IPC & 187 MV Act on the complaint of Sh. Sohan Lal Forest Beat Guard Kumarsain, alleging therein that today on 19-04-13 at 6:45 AM he received an information telephonically that a bear was hitted by an unknown vehicle and above bear died on the spot. Case is being investigated by ASI Lachhi Ran I/o PS Kumarsain.
3. During last 24 hours 198 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act for the iviolation of Traffic rules, 11 persons were challaned under COPTA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of compounding fee of challaned under MV Act & COPTA is Rs. 36,500/-.
