A Trespass case FIR No. 81/16 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 21.10.2016 u/s 452,341,323,427,506,34 IPC on the complaint of Smt.Monika D/o Sh. Krishan Kumar R/o village Rawli Dhar PO Kalbog tehsil Kotkhai Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that she is living seperatly with her husband. On 20-10-2016 at about 10.00 pm her husband hiralal @ zahid imran illegally entrered in her house and beaten her. The case is being investigated by ASI Ranjeet Singh I.O PS Kotkhai.
An Accident case FIR No 104/16 has been registered at PS West on 22.10.2016 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh Prame Chand S/o Shiv Dutt R/ovillage Beolia P/o Beolia Tehsil and Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 21.10.2016 driver of a vehicle No HP 10A 0175 damaged two vehicles No HP63-9600 and HP10A-5248 by his rash and Negligent driving and ran away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Pramod I/O PP Kasumpti.
During last 24 hours 500 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 235 & fine realized Rs. 1,22,800/-. 88 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 9500/-, 01 Challan under Mining Act.
