Crime Report on Oct. 05, 2016

1. An Excise Act case FIR No.66/16 has been registered at PS Sunni 04.10.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the ruka of ASI Kuldeep Kumar I/O PS Sunni alleging therein that on 04.10.2016 at about 4:00 PM he recovered 36 bottles liquor marka himachal orange from the possession a person namely Nipender Singh S/o Vidya Singh Village Peja Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla. The case is being investigated by Asi Kuldeep Kumar I/O PS Sunni.
2. An accident case FIR No 70/16 has been registered at PS Sunni U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement  of Sh Tulsi Ram S/o Hukam Chand VPO Chanawag Teh Suni Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 04.10.2016  a vehicle No HP 52A -8709 alto met with an accident in which driver Sanjeev sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Shiv Kumar I/o PS Sunni.
3. A wrongful restraint case No.192/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 05.10.2016 U/S 341,323,427 IPC has been registered on the application of Hira Singh S/O Sh. Ravi Ram Vill. Shouga PO Rampur Tehsil  Nirmand  Distt.  Kullu HP alleging therein that on dated 04/10/16 at about 5.30pm he was going towards his home on his M/Cycle No. HP06A-2855 on the way near Barshol Kainchi Sachin S/O Laiq Ram Vill. Kamlahu obstructed his way and beaten him also broken his helmet .Case is being Investigated by HC Ram Lal No.206 PP Taklech.
4. An Accident case FIR No.193/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 05.10.2016 U/S 279,337,338 IPC on the rukka of HC Chhotu Ram I/O PP Nankhari alleging therein that on 04.10.2016 a  Motor Cycle No.HP06A-5032 met with an accident near Nalawan (Nankhari) in which m/cycle rider Sachin S/o Sh. Kishori Lal Village Mangbelu P/o Surad Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla sustained injuries. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of the m/cycle rider. The case is being Investigated by HC Chhotu Ram I/O PP Nankhari .
5. A Theft case FIR N0 103/16 has been registered at PS Rorhu on 05.10.16 U/S 382,341,323,34 IPC on the application of Rohit Azad S/o Ram Dass Azad R/o Chiwali P/o Masli Teh Chirgaon Distt Shimla alleging therein that today on 05.10.2016 when he was sit in his Gypsy No HP10A-8682 at Near Guffa Bar Rohru. Suddenly owner of the bar And His worker dhoni and two other person came there and stated beaten him with kicks and blows . They also stanched his Vehicle R/C and his vellet. The Case Is Being Investigated By HC Ashish I/O PS Rohru.
6. A Rioting case FIR No. 241/16 has been registered at PS West on 05.10.2016 U/S 341,147,149,323,506 IPC on the statement of Bhumi Chand S/o Sh Duni Chand R/o VPO Tikrigarh Tehsil Churah Distt Chamba A/P P.G Diploma in DDU Thoughts Himachal Pradesh University alleging and another person namely Ravinder Singh S/o Sh Chuhar Singh village Ohal Dhar P/o Diyot Sidth A/P student of Law Department HPU Shimla therein that today 05.10.2016 some student of ABVP namely Aasish Sikta, Amit Thakur, Ankit Jambal, Pradeep Sunni Shukla, Prashant, Saurav Atri, Vishwa Bandhu obstructed his way and beaten him brutally. They also threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Shyam Lal I/O PS West.
7. During last 24 hours 450 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 231 & fine realized Rs. 90,700/-, 80 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 8,700/- Follow Up
