A Fire Incident case FIR No. 184/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 29.10.2016 U/S 285 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Jitender S/o Sh. Khem Singh R/o Village Bagadi, PO Chhaila, Shimla stated therein that on 28.10.2016, one person namely Shahid S/o Sh. Rasheed R/o Chakrota Road, Village Meerpur Gandewad, Sarahanpur, UP, who was working as labourer in C&C Company, set a fire in his grassland & destroyed the grass approximately Rs. 50,000/-. The case is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand, I/C PP Chhaila.
An Accident case FIR No. 185/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 29.10.2016 U/S 279 337 IPC on the rukka of ASI Keshav Chand, I/C PP Chhaila stated therein that on 29.10.2016 at about 07-15PM, A Tipper No. HP-09A-4282 on the way from Kotkhai to Chhaila, met with an accident near Shilli Curve due to rash & negligent driving of truck driver & rolled down 200 feet from the road, caused sustained injuries to cleaner. The case is being investigated by ASI Keshav, I/C PP Chhaila.
During last 24 hours 295 (Incl. 03 Challan of pressure Horn) vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 127 & fine realized Rs. 41,800/- & 45 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 4,700/-.

Accused Madan Lal @ Chintu S/o Sh. Rattan Chand R/o VPO Kangal Tehsil Kumarsain age 23 years has been arrested in case FIR No.199/16 dated 15.10.2016 u/s 363,366A,376 IPC & 4 of POCSO Act at PS Rampur is on Police remand upto 01.11.2016.
