Crime Report on 24.102016

1. An Accident case FIR No 259/16 has been registered at PS West 24.10.2016 U/S 279,337,201 IPC on the statement of Sh Daulat Ram Dehal S/o Sh Babu Ram R/o village Gaunta P/o Ukhli Tehsil and Hamirpur Distt Hamipur A/P Driver at Goyal Motors in Vehicle No HP10A 3121 alleging therein that on 23.10.2016 he along with some company members was coming to Shimla in vehicle No HP 10A 3121. When he reached at Phagali a truck No PB11BU-4552 driven by Jaswinder S/o Sh Kripal Singh R/o village Binjal Tehsil and Distt Patiyala Panjab came rashly and hit his vehicle and after this incident he ran away from the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram I/O PS West.

2. A Burglary case FIR No 209/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 24.10.2016 U/S 457,380 IPC on the statement of Sh Santosh Gandharav S/O Lt Sh Budia Ram R/o Village Lakhoti PO Chikhar Tehsil Junga alleging therein that  he is a caretaker of Devta Dhadech and on 08.10.2016 when he went the temple of Devta Dadech he found that some unknown person stolen away 2.5 Kg silver from this Temple. The case is being investigated by ASI Baldev Singh I/C PP Junga.

3. During last 24 hours 255 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 135 & fine realized Rs. 48,100/-. 53  persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 5,600/-,

   Inquest Report

   Today on 24.10.2016 deceased Naresh Bragta S/o Kewal Ram R/o Vill Rampuri P/o & Tehsil Jubbal who was under treatment from 20-10-2016  died at IGMC Shimla. On 20.10.2016 he found unconscious at Sitara Regency Sanjauli Shimla-6
