Crime Report on Oct. 06, 2016

1. An Excise Act case FIR NO 72/16 has been registered at PS Sunni  U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Prem Lal alleging therein that on 06.10.2016 at 3:00 AM during patrolling along with staff at (Galu) Dargi then he checked a vehicle No HP 62A-3576 driven by one person namely Gyan Chand S/o Roop Lal  R/o  village Bighan P/o Jassal Teh Karsog Distt Mandi and recovered 204 bottles country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Prem Lal I/O PS Sunni.
2. A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No 104/16 has been registered at PS Rorhu on 05.10.2016 U/S 341,323, IPC ON the statement of Sh, Abhimanyu Geshta S/o Sh. Ram Nath Geshta R/o Batwari P/o Kaloti Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla in which alleging therein that on 05.10.2016  a person namely Tinku S/o Mahender Deshta R/o Sainji Tehsil Rohru Distt Shimla abrtructed his way and beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by SI Mohan Singh I/O PS Rorhu.
3. An Accident case FIR No 99/16 has been regiatered at PS East on 05.10.2016 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Smt Raj Kumari W/o Sh Khushhaal Sharma Set No 50 Type IV GAD Colony Kasumpti Chhotta Shimla alleging therein that on 27.09.2016 A vehicle No HP 63A 2338 white color hit her in she sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Shiv Kumar I/O PP  Kasumpti.
4. During last 24 hours 450 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 231 & fine realized Rs. 90,700/-, 80 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 8,700/-
