Crime Report On October 09, 2016.

1. A Gambling Act case FIR No. 194/16 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 09.10.2016 U/S 3, 4 Gambling Act on the Rukka of HC Narjeev Kumar No.1673 I/O PS Rampur stated therein that on dated 09/10/16  when he along with staff was on patrolling duty, he received a secret information that Dharam Pal R/O Arli Tehsil Rampur Bsr. Distt. Shimla HP and others are playing/gambling in his  house at Arli. On this raid has been conducted at his house after obtaining search warrant, during raid five  persons namely  Rinku, Sudesh, Pawan, Naresh and Subhash were found playing with cards. Cash amounting to Rs 48,000/- has been seized. Case is being investigated by HC Narjeev Kumar No.1673 I/O PS Rampur .
2. An Excise case FIR No. 173/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 08.10.2016 U/S 39(1)2 Excise Act on the statement of HC Ramesh I/O PP Fagu stated therein that when he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty near Kadrab he stopped an alto car bearing No HP09A-4899. as the driver of above car stop the driver run away from the spot. on checking the above car 24 bottles of country liquor marked as Santra have been recovered from the above car. The case is being investigated by SI Rajender Singh Addl. SHO PS Theog.
3. An Accident case FIR No. 174/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 09.10.2016 U/S 279 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Suresh Verma S/o Late Sh. Raj Kumar R/o Vill. Hulga, PO & Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla stated therein that he, Sh. Sita Ram and driver Raju was going to Sandhu in Car NO. RJ 19SC-3115, as they reached Nr Devi More, his friend Raju overtook the car and hit the car with other vehicle No. HR 05AK-7716. In this accident he & Sh. Sita Ram got injured and driver Raj run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Purshotam I/O PS Theog.   
4.  A Disfigurement Act case FIR No. 309/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 08.10.2016 U/S 3 HP Open Places Prevention of Disfigurement Act on the rukka of HC Ramesh Chand I/O PS Sadar Shimla on 08.10.2016, during patrolling alongwith staff, at about  04-15 PM, when they reached near local Bus Stand he Saw A banner marked as "BANK PO & CLERK" pasted on flyover bridge cause making it ugly the beautiness of this bridge. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand I/O PS Sadar Shimla.
5. A Disfigurement Act case FIR No. 312/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 08.10.2016 U/S 3 HP Open Places Prevention of Disfigurement Act on the rukka of HC Ramesh Chand I/O PS Sadar Shimla on 08.10.2016, during patrolling alongwith staff, at about  05-50 PM, when they reached near local Bus Stand he Saw A banner marked as "ADMISSION OPEN 2016, PLAY SCHOOL LAKKAR BAZAR" pasted on a Pole Nr Bus Stand on public place. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand I/O PS Sadar Shimla.
6. A House Trespass case FIR No. 56/16 has been registered at PS Jubbal today on 09.10.2016 U/S 447,427,504 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Dhauta S/O Sh. Goverdhan Dhauta R/O Village Sundli, Tehsil & PS Jubbal, Shimla, alleging therein that on dated 07.10.16 his neighbourer Sh. Dharam Singh trespassed his land and damaged his parental property and abused his parents. The case is being investigated by HC Suresh Kumar I/O PS Jubbal.
7. During last 24 hours 215 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 84 & fine realized Rs. 24,400/-, 03 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 300/-.  

Inquest Report

1.               Deceassed Om Dutt S/o Sh Atma Ram R/o Village Kaller PO & Tehsil Dadasiba, Distt Kangra died due to cheat pain.  Postmortem conducted at CH Rohru and deadbody handed over to his brother Som Dutt. No foul play found proceeding U/S 174 Cr. Pc.
