An ND&PS case FIR No. 101/16 has been registered at PS Rorhu on 30.09.16 U/S 22-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Rohru has been registered on the rukka of HC Ashish Kumar No. 58, I/O PS Rohru stated therein that on 30.09.2016, he along with staff was on patrolling at Rohru Bazar. At about 04-30 PM, when they reached near ACC Park, one person namely Vinod Kumar @ Vicky S/o Sh. Ajab Dass R/o Village & PO Arakot, Tehsil Mohri, Distt. Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand intercepted by them and recovered 19 Bottles of Correx (Restricted Medicine) from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Ashish Kumar No. 58, I/O PS Rohru.
An ND&PS case FIR No. 286/16has been registered at PS Sadar on 30.09.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Nazeer Ahmad No. 1683, I/O PP Lakkar Bazar Shimla stated therein that on 30.09.2016, during patrolling alongwith staff, one person namely Manoj Kumar S/o Sh. Dualat R/o Dhakauli, PO Jhikanipur, Tehsil Chopal, Distt. Shimla, age 21 years intercepted by them in the campus of Revoli Theatre Shimla and recovered 90 gram Charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Nazeer Ahmad No. 1683, I/O PP Lakkar Bazar, Shimla.
An ND&PS case FIR No. 196/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 30.09.16 U/S 20,27-61-85 ND&PS on the rukka of HC Karam Singh No. 127, I/O PS Dhalli stated therein that on 30.09.2016 at about 03-00 PM, when he alongwith staff reached near Chini Bangla at Mundaghat, where one person namely Suresh Kumar S/o Lt. Sh. Parma Nand R/o Village Makhdol, PO Fagu, Tehsil & PS Theog, Shimla, age 42 years was smoking bidi with charas and during search, 2.98 gram Charas recovered from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Karam Singh No. 127, I/O PS Dhalli.
An ND&PS case FIR No.198/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 30.09.16 U/S 22,29-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SI Virochan Negi, I/C PP Sanjauli, Shimla stated therein that on 30.09.2016 during patrolling alongwith staff near Laxmi Narayan Mandir, Sanjauli, two persons namely Harpreet Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Satpal Singh R/o Jawahar Cottage near Raghunath Janj, Sanjauli and Vineet Negi S/o Sh. Dhandup Dhyal Negi R/o Om Niwas, Dingu Mandir Road, Sanjauli, Shimla intercepted by them and recovered 90 bottles of Correx, 100ml each & 96 capsule of Spasmo-Proxyvon® Plus (Restricted Medicine) from their possession. The case is being investigated by SI Virochan Negi, I/C PP Sanjauli Shimla.
A Trespass case FIR No 166/16 has been registered at registered at PS Theog on 30.09.2016 U/S 451, 323, 504 IPC on the statement of Smt. Anju Rana W/o Jaswant Rana, VPO Matyana Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 30.09.2016 a person namely Naresh Basisht S/o Sh Gaindu Ram entered in her shop, beaten her brutally and abused her. The case is being investigated by ASI Lacchi Ram I/C PP Matiyana.
A burglary case FIR No 282/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 30.09.2016 U/S 454, 380 IPC on the statement of Sh Ashok Sharma Principal Indira Gandhi Medical College Shimla alleging therein that on 24.09.2016 some unknown persons exchange the door lock of Dead stock House and then stolen away 150 Nos. of Tyres inside the house. The case is being investigated by Amarnath Sharma I/C PP Lakkar Bazar.
An Accident case FIR No 285/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 30.09.2016 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh Amar Singh S/o Sh Nirma Ram village Shahal P/o Bhount Tehsil and Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 30.09.2016 A vehicle No HP 10A 5809 maruti 800 came rashly from Lakkar Bazar side and hit him near Bus Stand and ranaway from the spot. In this accident he sustained injuries . The case is being investigated by HC Amar Dutt I/O PP Lakkar Bazar.
An Accident case FIR 233/16 has been registered at PS West on 30.09.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Gautam Singh S/o Sh Dharam Dass R/o village Seri P/o Jivi Tehsil Banjaar Distt Kullu HP alleging therein that on 30.09.2016 he was at New ISBT Shimla. Near about 05:00 PM a Bus No HP 62-0440 came rashly and hit a person standing was there. In this accident that person sustained injuries. This accident happened due to rash and negligent driving of Bus driver namely Sohan Lal. The case is being investigated by HC Ravinder I/O PS West.
A Murder case FIR No. 284/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 30.09.16 U/S 302 34 IPC PS Sadar has been registered on the complaint of Smt. Satya Devi W/o Sh. Devi Singh R/o Village Manav, PO Bhont, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla stated therein that her son was worked in Airtel Company at Khalini. On 10.09.2016, due to holiday, her son went to Shimla but not return to home. On Friday dead body of her son was recovered from the forest below the road. In the morning of Tuesday, the sons of Hari Singh & Amar Singh R/o Bhatdu told her that on Saturday her son was alongwith Inder, Prem, Suresh, Sanju, Dinesh & Dalip who was quarreling with him. She doubts that above persons have killed him. The case is being investigated by SI Jasveer Singh, I/C PP Lakkar Bazar, Shimla.
An Accident case FIR No 55/16 has been registered at PS Jubbal 01.10.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of sh. Man Singh Aukta R/o Ward No1 NAC jubbal stated therein that on 01.10.2016 at about 10:05 PM One Vehicle No HP10A-8119 Vagnar Met with an Accident near his home at Jubbal (Theka Ki Gaar) and 2 person namely Dinesh Kumar S/o Late Sh Devki Nand R/o village Badhal P/o Dochi Tehsil Jubbal age 41 years and Rakesh Kumar S/o Satguru R/o village Danu Thesil Theog Distt. Shimla age 31 years sustained injures. The case is being investigated by HC Suresh Kumar No 142 I/O PS Jubbal.
During last 24 hours 386 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 159 & fine realized Rs. 53,400/-, 77 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 9,200/-
