Crime Report on Oct. 04, 2016

1. An Attempt to Burglary case FIR No.190/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 04.10.2016 U/S  457,380,511 IPC on the application of  Amber Chatterjee  R/O 2 No. Kyastha Para 5th Lane Haltu Kolkata -700078 P/O Haltu PS Garfa South 24  Pargana alleging therein that  on the intervening night 03.04/10/2016 he took a room at Shivam Hotel Bhadresh one hotel staff Dharmaveer S/o Sri Sanjit entered in the room No 701 from toilet window at around 11.30 PM and he saw that above person was searching something in his luggage. The case is being investigating by HC Janak Raj I/O PS Rampur.

2.            An Accident case FIR No. 191/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 04.10.2016 U/S  279,337,304 A IPC on the statement of Sh. Vidya Sagar S/O. Lt. Sh. Loda Ram Village Racholi P/o Khaneri Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that today on 04.10.2016 a traffic accident occurred near Mini Secretariat on NH-05 in which a motor cycle collied with a HRTC Bus in which one woman namely Rampati W/o Sh. Vidya Sagar Village Racholi P/o Khaneri Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP died on spot and Vidya Sagar sustained injuries. The case is being investigating by ASI Bhagat Ram.

3.  A Wrongful restraint case FIR No 169/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 04.10.2016 U/S 341,323 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Chet Singh Thakur R/o Kachi P/o Kathog Tehsil Theog Distt. Shimla alleging therein that today on 04.010.2016 a person namely Kaka obstructed his way and beaten him brutaklly. The case is being investigated by ASI Lachi Ram I/C PP Matiana.

4.  During last 24 hours 475 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 191 & fine realized Rs. 61,700/-, 70 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 3,700/- 02 persons challaned under mining act, fine up to 45,000/-

   Inquest Report

1.            Deceassed Mann Chand S/o Sh Khub Ram R/o village Falatu P/o Shalig Tehsil Sadar Disstt Kullu age 21 years was working in Astha Company has been died due to sunk in Nanti khad water. Dead body recovered today and postmortem will be conducted at PHC Jeori. Proceeding U/S 174 CrPC is being conducted at PS Jhakri.

2.            Deceased Laiq Ram S/O Lt. Sh, Janki Ram R/O Village Churand P.O. G/Hatti Tehsil & Distt. Shimla age 38 Yrs died due to fall from Hill at village Churand and postmortem being conducted at IGMC Shimla. Proceeding U/S 174 CrPC is being conducted at PP Jatog.

3.            Deceassed Bittu S/o Sh Het Ram R/o village Kamah Bagain P/o Kiyar Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla died due to consumption of Poision. Postmortem will be conducted at IGMC Shimla. Proceeding U/S 174 CrPC is being conducted at PS Theog.
