An Excise Act FIR No 109/16 has been regisrered at PS Rohru on 19.10.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the Rukka of ASI Gopal Singh I/O PS Rohru alleging therein that on dated 19/10/2016 when he was on patrolling along with staff on secret information he raided has in the shop of Pramod Kumar Maltu S/O Sh. Devinder Singh Maltu R/O Sainji PO Samoli Tehsil Rohru Distt Shimla HP and recovered 6 Bottles of country liquor marka Himachal Orange. The Case is being investigated by ASI Gopal Singh I/O PS Rohru.
An Excise Act Case FIR No 52/16 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 19.10.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of Inspector Narender Singh SHO PS Nerwa alleging therein that on 19.10.2016 he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty, when he reached at kuthar, he got an information that a person namely Rajesh Kumar S/o Sh. Bhawani Singh R/o VPO Bharanu A/P shopkeeper Kariyana Bharanu was selling illegal liquor. On this information he raided godown of this person and recovered 12 bottles of country liqure marka Una No-1 from his possession. The case is being investigated by Insp/SHO PS Nerwa Shimla.
An Excise Act case FIR No 53/16 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 19.10.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of HC Sharifodeen I/O PS Nerwa alleging therein that on 19.10.2016 he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty. When he reached at Bharanu, he got an information that a person namely Ramesh Singh S/o Sh. Dhayan Singh R/o village Ouli P/o Bharanu A/P shopkeeper Kariyana Bharanu was selling illegal liquor. On this information he raided his shop and recovered 11 bottles of country liqure marka Una No1, and two bottles of English Liquor. The case is being investigated by HC Sharifodeen I/O PS Nerwa Shimla.
An Excise Act case FIR No 180/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 19.10.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Rajinder I/O PS Theog alleging therein that on 19.10.2016 on the secret information he along with staff raided the store of a person namely Vijay @ Viju S/o Sh Kali Ram R/o village Siya P/o Cheog Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla and recovered 828 bottles of country marka Una No1 liquor and 36 bottles of English liquor marka Royal Gold from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Rajinder I/O PS Theog.
An Accident case FIR No 61/16 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 19.10.2016 U/S 279, 304 A IPC in on the Statement of Sh. Devinder Singh S/o Sh. Karam Dass Thakur village Badiyar P/o Nandpur Tehsil Jubbal alleging therein that on 19.10.2016 one Pik-Up No. HP 63-3790 met with an accident near Badiyar Kainchi in which one person namley Vishal Singh Thakur S/o Sh Shamsher Singh village Badiyar died on the spot. The case being investigated by HC Gopal No I/O PP Sarswati Nagar.
An Accident case FIR No 125/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 19.10.2016 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Sh Duni Chand S/o Sh Krishan Dutt R/o Village Butlet P/o Shilaru Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla H.P alleging therein that on 19.10.2016 a vehicle No CH01BG-4740 KWID met with an accident at Kadrawat Nala in which two persons namely Madan S/o Sh Kewal Ram village Kyara and Sandeep S/o Sh Heera Nand village Kyara died on the Spot. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Sain I/O PS Kumarsain.
An Accident case FIR No 181/16 has been registered at PS Theog Today, on 20.10.2016 U/S 279,304 A IPC on the rukka of ASI Keshav Chand I/C PP Chailla alleging therin that today on 20.10.2016 vehicle No HP63C-1645 Pick Up met with an accident in which two persons namely Dinesh Pandey S/o Sh Balak Ram village Sudama Puri P/o Baldhar Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla and Sunil Kumar S/o Sh Roshan Lal village Behlawag P/o Bagari Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla died on the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand I/C PP Chailla.
A Fire Incident case FIR No. 256/16 has been registered at PS West 20.10.2016 U/S 285 IPC on the statement of Sh Rajeev Sood S/o Sh Ram Lok Sood R/o Lok Tara Estate Upper Kaithu alleging therein that today on 20.10.2016 he was Sleeping in his house suddenly he saw outside the window that something was burning outside. On this incident he went outside and found that some unknown person set fire in some parked vehicles in which vehicles Nos. HR03H-0251, HP63C-0253, HP52-0362, HP03C-0015 and HP20C-3539 damaged badly. The case is being investigated by HC Basudev I/O PS West.
During last 24 hours 309 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 116 & fine realized Rs. 44,300/- 81 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 9,500/-

Accused Jitender Singh @ Bunty S/o Sh. Nishan Singh R/o Village Dalo Majara, PO Navipur, Tehsil & Distt. Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab, age 26 years, arrested in case FIR No. 199/16 Dt. 06.10.2016 U/S 407 IPC at PS Dhalli, released on bail by Ld Court.
Accused Sanjay Kudel S/o Rakesh Kudel R/o Vill Drali Bazar Fanweri PO Taratat, Aanchal Beri Nepal arrested in case FIR No. 124/16 dated 17-10-16 u/s 457,380 IPC at PS Kumarsain send to Judicial custody by Ld Court upto 02.11.2016.
