Crime Report on Oct. 29, 2016

1. An Accident case FIR No. 83/16 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 28.10.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Manmohan S/o Sh. Jodh Ram R/o Village Sanaba PO Parounthi Tehsil Jubbal Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 23.10.2016 he has gone to ambala to purchase oil with the tanker no.hp63c-5700  whose driver is babloo and on 28.10.2016, he was coming back to Shimla from Ambala in his oil Tanker No. HP-63C-5700 driven by Babloo. At about 11-00 AM, above Tanker met with an accident at Nihari Nala due to rash & negligent driving of driver Babloo, caused sustained injuries to them.   The case is being investigated by ASI Deep Chand, I/O PS Kotkhai.

2. A Cheating  case FIR No 66/16 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 28.10.2016 U/S 406,420 IPC  on the complaint of Sh. Balkrishan Rawat S/o Lt. Sh. Kewal Ram R/o Village Khoni PO Hatkoti Tehsil Jubbal Distt Shimla stated therein that two persons  namely Akshya Gupta S/o Sh. Prem Lal Gupta and Prem Lal Gupta S/o Lt. Tulsi Dass (Both) c/o Lakshay Public Sr. Sec. School Arki Distt Solan, HP borrowed Rs 7,00,000/- from him. on 09.06.2016. above  persons given a false cheque to him, which was dishonored in SBI Bank Sawra. The case is being investigated by  I/C PP Sarswati Nagar.

3. A Trespass case FIR No. 32/16 has been registered at PS Kupvi on 28.10.2016 U/S 451,341,506 IPC on the application of Sh. Chhatter Singh S/O Sh. Badri Ram R/O Village Sanj Khadd. PO Dhar Chandna Tehsil Kupvi that on dated 27.10.16 at 8:15 AM Nagender Singh S/O Sh. Bija Ram R/O Vill Sainj Khadd enterd I n the  courtyard of above named Chatter Singh and beaten and threaten him. Above case has been investigating by ASI Satpal Sharma I/O PS Kupvi.

4. A Trespass case FIR No. 266/16 has been registered at PS West on 28.10.2016 U/S 447,34 IPC on the application of Sh. Ved Prakash Sharma S/o Lt. Sh. Chiranjee Lal R/o Sharma Niwas, Near DAV Public School, New Shimla A/P Gagan Shuttering Store Shiv Nagar, Totu Shimla stated therein that he is constructing RCC wall in his land. At about 11-00AM, Sh. Guru Ram, his wife alongwith 6/7 another persons came there and stopped the construction work. The case is being investigated by HC Sanjay, I/O PP Jutogh.  

5. A Wrongful Restraint & Criminal Intimidation case FIR No 211/16 has been registered at PS Rampur 28.10.2016 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC on the application of Sh. Rohit Thakur S/o Sh. Kulddep Singh Thakur R/o Village & PO Duttnagar Rampur Bsr Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that on 28.10.2016 at about 06.50 PM when he was going towards Duttnagar on the way near Pawn Kumar Shop, one person namely Gaurav Thakur obstructed his way & beaten him brutally. He also abused him and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by SI Ganga Dev Negi.

6. A Wrongful Restraint & Criminal Intimidation case FIR No. 63/16 has been registered at PS Chopal today on 29.10.2016 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC on the application of Sh. Govind Sharma S/O Sh. Beli Ram Sharma  R/O NAC Chopal Distt. Shimla stating there in that on 28.10.2016, he was coming towards Chopal from Shimla. At about 07.00 PM when he reached at Chambi, two persons namely Balbir Kalta  and Manjeet obstructed his way, beaten him brutally and also threatened him. Case is being investigated by HC Daleep Singh, I/O PS Chopal .

7. During last 24 hours 313 (03 Challan pressure Horn) vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 151 & fine realized Rs. 48,500/- & 57  persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 5,800/-.

1. Accused Mohd. Yusuf S/o Mohd. Yaseen R/o Mugla Shah Colony Nazibabad UP age 42 years arrested in case FIR No. 81/16 Dt. 27.08.2016 U/S 407, 120B IPC at PS Rohru is on Police remand upto 30.10.2016

2. Accused Madan Lal @ Chintu S/o Sh. Rattan Chand R/o VPO Kangal Tehsil Kumarsain age 23 years has been arrested in case FIR No.199/16 dated 15.10.2016 u/s 363,366A,376 IPC & 4 of POCSO Act at PS Rampur is on Police remand upto 01.11.2016.

3. Accused 1) Amit Thakur S/o Chaman Lal R/o Vill Thana PO Baroti Tehsil Dharampur Distt. Mandi age 25 years. 2) Vishal Sharam S/o Sh. Shamsher Vill Lakhru P.O. Jasama Tehsil Bangana Distt. Una age 21 years. 3) Nekraj S/o Hem Raj Vill Drovad P.O. Kedi Tehsil and Distt. Chamba. 4) Aashish Kumar S/o Kamlesh Kumar Vill Beed PO Gahar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi age 23 years. 5) Naveen Kumar S/o Sh. Kanti Ram R/o ward No. 6 Rajgarh Distt Sirmour age 22 years. 6) Pradeep Kumar S/o Sh. Mangat Ram R/o Sharma Niwas near Satyam Paradise Hotel Kachhi Ghati Shimla age 23 Years has been arrested in case FIR No. 262/16 dated 27-10-2016 u/s 341,147,148,149,323,506 IPC at PS west, today released on bail by the Ld. Court.
