Crime Report on Oct. 07, 2016

1. An Accident Case FIR No. 244/16 has been registered at PS West on 06.10.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC at PS West Shimla on the statement of Sh. Ashish Negi S/o Sh. Nikka Ram R/o House No. 50/4 Jutough Cant Shimla stated therein that one vehicle No. HP 62D-0381 Alto K-10 car met with an accident near MES Gate at Jutough, due to rash and negligent driving of Rikhi Ram. In this accident driver Rikhi Ram, his wife and daughter sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Sanjay Kumar I/O PS West.
2. An Accident case FIR No. 100/16 has been registered at PS East on 06.10.2016 u/s 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Arsh Rattan S/o Sh. Pradeep Rattan R/o Upper flate Shop No. 29 Chotta Shimla stated therein that one Vehicle No. PB-08AR-3289 santro hit one child and sustained injuries. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of driver of the Vehicle. The case is being investigated by HC Parul Nainta I.O PS East.
3. Used criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty case FIR No. 67/16 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 06.10.2016 u/s 353 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Rajeev S/o Bhadar Singh R/o village Bagi Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla A/P Chhohara block Chirgaon alleging therein that on 05.10.2016, at about 05.30 pm Balwant Bisht S/o Sh. Sher Singh R/o Bhonda Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla slapped him during discharge of his govt. duty at Chirgaon Bazar. The Case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep Kumar.
4. A Trespass case FIR No 105/16 has been registered at PS Rohru u/s 451,427,504,506 IPC on 06-10-2016 on the compliant of Sh. Hem Singh S/o Sh. Joginder Singh R/o Village & PO Sarontha Teh Rohru Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 04.10.2016 at about 09-00 PM, his cousin brother Bhop Singh S/o Lohnu Mal R/o Sarontha Pujarli no 4 Shimla entered in his house with the intention to quarrel, threatened him with dire consequences and destroyed 13 plants of apples and pears . The case is being investigated by ASI Kundan Lal I/C PP Tikker .
5. A Criminal breach of trust case FIR No. 171/16 has been registered at PS Theog on            06.10.2016 u/s 406 IPC on the complaint of Rajeev Thapa Branch Securitians India Pvt. Ltd (SIPT) Jaswal House Upper Chakkar Shimla alleging therein that Ashish Kumar ATM Custodian misappropriated the Rs. 8,05,800 from the ATM's installed at Theog for this personnel use. The case is being investigated by ASI Pursotam Chand.
6. A Criminal breach of trust case FIR No. 297/16 has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla on 07.10.2016 u/s 406 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Sanjay Sood S/o Sh. Yash Pal Sood, Krishna Fruit agency 14 Sabzi Mandi Shimla alleging therein that on 06-10-2016 he has parked his Innova Car No. HP03B-6465 near the gate of  MC Parking due to non availability of parking and handed over the keys of vehicle to care taker of parking. Today his driver informed him that car was missing from the parking.
7. A Theft case FIR No. 172/16 has been registered at PS Theog today on 07-10-2016 u/s  447,427,379,506,34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Tara Dutt S/o Sh. Ram Saran R/o Vill Karyal PO Majhar Teshil Theog Distt. Shimla alleging therein that Ganga Ram, Kamla, Sanju, Raju, Nisha and Pinki illegally entered in his land and cut the grass. The case  is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand I.O PS Theog.  
8. During last 24 hours 431 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 217 & fine realized Rs. 76,600/-, 57 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 6,400/- and 01 Challan under Mining Act.
