Crime Report on Oct. 28, 2016

1. An Accident case FIR No. 128/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 27.10.2016 U/S 279 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Kaljanj Ringjin S/o Sh. Devender Singh R/o Village & PO Pooh, Distt. Kinnaur, HP age 32 years stated therein that on 27.10.2016, he was coming to home at Shimla from Pooh in his Pick-Up No. HP-27A-0844. At about            04-40 PM, when he reached at Jubblu Curve, another Pick-Up was also on the way in which one person was travelling & fell down from the Pick-Up, caused sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by Insp. Sandeep Kumar, SHO PS Kumarsain.

2. A Wrongful Restraint & Criminal Intimidation case FIR No 102/16 has been registered at PS Jhakri today on 28-10-2016 U/S  341,323,34,506 IPC on the application of Sh. Hem Raj S/O Late Sh. Kewal R/O Village Koti PO Dhar gaura Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla  there in that on  26.10.2016, during marriage function  at village  Uchhi, one person namely Kundan and his brother  Lokesh  obstructed  his way, beaten him brutally & threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Rajesh kumar I/O PP Sarahan.

3. During last 24 hours 361 (06 Challan pressure Horn) vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 132 & fine realized Rs. 49,500/- & 70  persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 7,500/-.

1. Accused Mohd. Yusuf S/o Mohd. Yaseen R/o Mugla Shah Colony Nazibabad UP age 42 years arrested in case FIR No. 81/16 Dt. 27.08.2016 U/S 407, 120B IPC at PS Rohru is on Police remand upto 30.10.2016

2. Accused Ram Singh S/o Salig Ram R/o Vill Chalali P.O. Jaon Tehsil Aani, Distt. Kullu, HP has been arrested in case FIR No. 126/16 dated 25-10-2016 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Kumarsain is remanded in Judicial custody upto 11.11.2016.

3. Accused Madan Lal @ Chintu S/o Sh. Rattan Chand R/o VPO Kangal Tehsil Kumarsain age 23 years has been arrested in case FIR No.199/16 dated 15.10.2016 u/s 363,366A,376 IPC & 4 of POCSO Act at PS Rampur is on Police remand upto 01.11.2016.

4. Accused 1) Amit Thakur S/o Chaman Lal R/o Vill Thana PO Baroti Tehsil Dharampur Distt. Mandi age 25 years. 2) Vishal Sharam S/o Sh. Shamsher Vill Lakhru P.O. Jasama Tehsil Bangana Distt. Una age 21 years. 3) Nekraj S/o Hem Raj Vill Drovad P.O. Kedi Tehsil and Distt. Chamba. 4) Aashish Kumar S/o Kamlesh Kumar Vill Beed PO Gahar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi age 23 years. 5) Naveen Kumar S/o Sh. Kanti Ram R/o ward No. 6 Rajgarh Distt Sirmour age 22 years. 6) Pradeep Kumar S/o Sh. Mangat Ram R/o Sharma Niwas near Satyam Paradise Hotel Kachhi Ghati Shimla age 23 Years has been arrested in case FIR No. 262/16 dated 27-10-2016 u/s 341,147,148,149,323,506 IPC at PS west, are further remanded in Police custody upto 29.10.2016 by the Ld. Court.
